Has Anyone Ever Reminded Cabot Of Their Past?

Post by discodave4093 on Sun Oct 22, 2017 2:19 am

Hi
I was wondering if anyone has ever before reminded Cabot of their days as Marlin and the Dispatches UK episode that features them

If nobody has reminded them of this before then I'm the first to do so

I sent them an extra letter after their reply to letter 1 with the info sheet another member posted on here

I understand some may be scared to send a letter like this but for anyone who isn't feel free to copy and use

So you don’t like my letters then? Well well that doesn’t surprise me. Companies like yourselves don’t often like getting letters from people who know their rights. You prefer to pick on vulnerable people who don’t know any better than to give people like you their money which I can assure you isn’t going to happen with me

I must say some of the info you sent me really made me laugh especially the part that says “contract requires an offer to be accepted” which totally proves one of the main points I am making to you which is I DO NOT have a contract with you. You said it yourselves. You also say you have no liability to pay me any sums so bear in mind I also have no liability to pay you any either and WILL NOT be doing so

There will be no doorstep agents visiting my home and if this was ever to happen they would be immediately asked to leave and the police called if necessary, not to mention I am in Ireland.

If you are looking to scare someone go buy a halloween mask
Just because you have changed the name of your company don’t think for one minute people don’t know who you really are. I saw the programme on dispatches UK about your company. You are dirty rotten disgusting scumbags. How’s your colleague Mark doing these days, still trying to con the most vulnerable of people is he
Oh and what about your sister company Bramber who are supposed to be more scary than yourselves, what utter nonsense
Your company are a joke and a scam and should of been shut down years ago regardless of which names you happen to be using

Like it or not I am fully within my rights to ask for the documents I requested and for the avoidance of any doubt nothing other than what was asked for will be accepted.

I'll second that a great response, i've been known to go down similar lines to what you wrote.

As for the:

"I must say some of the info you sent me really made me laugh especially the part that says “contract requires an offer to be accepted” which totally proves one of the main points I am making to you which is I DO NOT have a contract with you. You said it yourselves."

I had a similar response from one of the many bottom feeders i've had to deal with...sums it up nicely, they contact you make demands of money with no proof of claim, you then ask them for such, nothing supplied then they point out you they don't have a contract with you - 'EXACTLY!'

Contract law says no contract has to be accepted, it can be considered and rejected.

Hi guys in relation to Cabbot and their dirty tricks creating joinder with an agreement that doesn't exist you should find this thread useful.

http://goodf.forumotion.com/t1027-dca-s-implementing-agreements-template-and-guide

What they are doing is creating an agreement in the form of a notice, it needs to be rebutted or it might stand, follow the guidelines in the above thread to terminate it.
