Contact after Estoppel

I did the 3 letter process right up up Estoppel Notice with a DCA. Never heard anything after that from them for almost 3 years. But last month they contacted me again about the same debt. What should my next step be? Bill them?

Hi, I would start again with the updated letters,also make sure you keep the old paperwork.

Sorry use the letters that apply, to either Agents or Purchasers.check your paperwork to see which they are .
The relevant letters are in the same section. (New letter Process.)

Guys, I'm having problems trying to copy the templates from the forum. When I highlight them, there is no option to copy them.

I have sent the 3 letters + sec10 and estoppel. Cabot are still bombarding me with phone calls, texts and letters (but not threatened CCJ)

I am not sure what to do next, if i should bill them for example?

If so, how do i do this as I can't tell what to do with those bill templates

Are they acting as agents or debt purchasers ? also which 3 letters did you send (old or new)

Hi,

Here is a YouTube video where Ceylon explains the billing from the old 3 letters.

With the new 3 letters after the first letter you send it has got a billing schedule on there, so just work out what letters or phone calls you have received and letters you have sent, and then you bill them for the total amount.

In the new 3 letters, you are charging for your time and storage of the letters. This is more realistic.

If they keep writing or telephoning you, just send a new bill each time.
