NOTICE TO ALL ADMIN

I am Epsom, and I was banned until today for no reason, but having tried to log in as the ban was supposed to have been lifted, I could not.
Therefore I registered again with a different email.

After giving my reason with that email, I then find I am banned for good this time.

I have to say that I am making sure this forum is widely known as one which censors, is racist, has no freedom of speech and is hypocritical in the sense that this forum is supposed to be fighting all the above--yet practices it with impunity...My first port of call is The Enigma Channel, run by Chris Everard.

My "offending" post was NOT anti-muslim--and I am NOT anti-muslim... I am anti KORAN... the barbaric, satanic, killing cult which most muslims follow to the letter.

My post was an article which told the story of someone who grew up with a muslim in the family--and suffered the vile consequences as a result (along with children)..... and it is considered "normal".

Instead of any reasonable discussion/ debate, the cowards which call themselves admin on this forum just banned me.
The admin includes Lopsum, ceylon and assassin.

IF MY POST WAS OFFENSIVE OR DIDN'T FOLLOW POLITICALLY CORRECT PROCEDURES, WHY NOT JUST REMOVE THE POST AND TELL ME WHY--INSTEAD OF JUST BANNING ME?
THIS IS WHAT FACEBOOK, GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE DO----NOW YOU ARE FOLLOWING IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS.

I did get a reply from Jinxer to my post, and he is of the opinion that I have every right to post it...Thanks Jinxer... although I did not "ban myself" as you said in your post--and to which I posted the image.

I then created another account and SAID WHO I WAS IN MY FIRST POST.
You then banned me unilaterally for this....I then created a further account.. again SAYING WHO I WAS.... in other words... no deception on my part.

IMHO - I am always alert for admins on forums etc being "compromised" (to put it delicately) and sifting only what potential puppet masters want.

However, here I genuinely do not feel that this is the case, and a more common sense attitude prevails.

On this particular incident in this post I whole heartedly agree with the mods take on this. The original post is so inflammatory it is suspicious. Suspicious means to create TROUBLE for the forum, rather than a sincere expression of grievance or conspiratorial entertainment or otherwise.

Creating trouble is the craft of trolls and shills, very often paid.

Often a very old tactic pretending to be a "member" of something to infiltrate and behave, as a member, in an unruly and ostensibly obnoxious way to discredit all members.

Deliberate "carelessness" in postings is also another disguise. Carelessness means although having some story or fact, presenting it in such a way that it is conclusive, or not thinking of the consequences of the tone of the post. Throwing stuff out for debate does not ordinarily show carelessness, e.specially to invite further research/opinion by others

I could agree with a bit of what you say if this was a newish member who nobody knows, but Epson has been a member here from the very beginning and also on the old site for many years. He could just be totally peeved and genuinely feel aggrieved by being banned for something he feels passionate about. The same thing has happened to iamani, who so far as I can see hasn't bothered coming back. All we ever hear is we don't want to go the same way the old forum went, well what way is that then. The old forum got sold, so that will never happen to this one especially when there's no members left.

First, as regards the 48 hrs. I DID try to log in AFTER 48 hrs, but couyld not.. hence, I had no choice but to create other accounts (2) in which I said who I was.

Do not call me racist, or I will see you in court. There is NOTHING in any of my previous 100's of post's that remotely classifies me as racist.

As far as I am concerned, we are all human beings, colour, race etc etc  are irrelevant.... But what DOES count is how peolpe ACT.... and what they DO.

ok, this has now got my attention.

I didn't read the story. Yes I am shocked, and have heard similar things off the forum. A lot of comments I have made are my own reaction to insidious derailment of forums, especially on another post seeing people of a particular religious denomination pretending to be christian and inciting anger and hatred between christians and muslims.

I know Iamani had much to contribute and has helped me out, even when he was ill just after the last forum ended. Jinxer you sound passionate about what you posted.

Mods, and SOTS (you know I respect your posts and have always done so) I don't think its a good idea for anyone joining or leaving with such bad feeling. I think instead of blanket banning, let us try communication, reassessment and collaboratively editing (in the newspaper term) posts to get the point across in less offensive manners.

People will get upset about things they hear about different religions and they will "vent" in forums. Surely we are not so "prissy as to stop that without some diplomacy?

Just one thing, Jinxer, I actually understand your passion when you discover these things. I was like that, and it can make one angry and even depressed and that needs to be watched.

iamani was a different issue, i contacted him by PM about a post he made and "suggested" it could be construed or misconstrued in a certain way by other site members and nothing more, I have tried to help him on numerous occasions and this was no different.

iamani made a simple response which was to escalate a non situation into a situation by posting on the forum and included a deliberate lie which was that I had made a claim which I hadn't made and he was challenged over this. To clarify the situation I posted the PM I had sent to him in the Community Watch section for all site admin and mods to see for themselves.

In the interim iamani tried to play me off against another site admin member, abused another site admin member and a site moderator when he was shown why his idea wouldn't work; I was the one who banned him for 48 hours initially (which is standard protocol for serious incidents) to give the other site admin and mods to discuss this issue and evaluate the evidence, and while I gave my view it was other members of site admin and moderators who made the final decision on this matter.

What were his options:

He could have responded to my PM as he had previously done many times and dealt with what was really a non issue at that time, he didn't, he tried to play me and another site admin off against each other - WHY.

He chose to escalate what was a non situation into a serious situation - WHY.

He knowingly made a false allegation (lie) against me, then continued with this false allegation - WHY.

He knowingly abused a site admin and mod when they showed him his idea wouldn't work - WHY.

He further went onto lie about other things and was caught out by other site admin and mods and they highlighted them during the discussions about him and how to deal with him, and some of them really caught our attention.

We have a duty to only allow accurate information to be posted on the site as many new members are often at their lowest ebb when they seek help and members providing information they know will only land a new or existing member into even more trouble is something we have to deal with on a regular basis to avoid.
When a new idea is put up for discussion it is that, a discussion, and in any discussions on this and most other sites it is a matter of highlighting the failings and dealing with them to turn a viable idea into a workable idea for the benefit of all site members.

for any one complaining about member bans, you have to take each as a separate case. We do not "blanket ban" anyone !
we try to make it as fair as possible, even to the extent that if a mod is being trolled it will be another mod who deals with the problem, generally .
The problem is always discussed , so if you get a timed ban just sit it out and deal with it when we have all got our thoughts straight. Some mods are probably arguing your case or allowing for misinterpretations etc as you wait.
Also when you sign up there is a Terms of use that you agree too, thats not "ours" , that is our hosts (log out and click register you will see the TOU)!! Our rules are those in the forum rules . We do our best to keep discussions as free as possible, and i dont think anyone can realistically say otherwise .
Admin have the right to pretty much do what we want , but we keep it to a minimum and in the interest of the site.
We offer a very genuine platform which is like a gem in a sea of shite . If you get banned there is a good reason .
If you post anything that we feel may compromise this site in anyway we are duty bound to act . This is the same for anyone and any site, so those who have been prompted to say things a little bit more wisely had better take notice! We dont want you to say anything that is not true. You cannot be racist about a political movement,you have no case to answer if they try that one!

if you single out any religion and say it is the problem, or any race then you are far from the real truth and you are not helping anyone.

The real truth would have all people on your side, if only they understood it.

There is no race of evil doers, there is no single group you can adequately blame for all the wrong.
You CAN blame a larger underlying system that holds us all and which connects all those groups we like to point out. This would be the truth .

by the way we only left this post up so you can all see for yourself what we unearthed . You dont have to thank us , we know a good job well done when we see it.
if you have any suggestions how we could do things better there is a section for that, but please make sure your suggestion isnt already answered, like complaints about bans.
