Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited
Hello,
It's been a while...
I have received a letter from Hoist Finance UK Holdings 1 Limited (which was incorporated two months ago) saying that ownership of my account was transferred from previous parasites.
In the letter from Hoist Portfolio Holdings Limited (in above thread) they say that my account has been returned to their client. If the account has been returned to a client how it comes that Hoist Finance UK Holdings transferred the account to Hoist Finance UK Holdings 1 Limited, which is only two months old? It seems like fishing...

Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited
MKDP no longer in fact exist, hoist portfolio have replaced MKDP as the owner of any debt previously owned by MKDP.
they actually went to the high court ( i think) and obtained permission to replace MKDP on every claim that MKDP had already submitted !!

handle wrote:No . MKDP do exist and you can see this on companies house. There has been no change in their trading activity.
not seen MKDP chase anyone for a debt for a long time, hoist replaced MKDP on any claim form that MKDP had issued they got a high court order permitting them to do this

handle wrote:Very interesting. How do you know about the High Court order. ? Did they need an order when they could have simply assigned their rights
yes it is very interesting, i have a copy of it ,
they needed an order to replace MKDP as the claimant on already issued claims, assignment would only have given them the right, title and interest to collect on the debt therefore they would have been forced to re issue a claim themselves in their own name, so by getting a court order they saved themselves a fortune in claim costs.

Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited
Hello,
I have received a reply to the first letter from credit security limited saying that:
1. The above account is not subject to the Bills of Exchange Act (1882).
2. The account is not subject to a Deed of Assignment as the account has not been sold to this company but was referred to us by our client to monitor and maintain in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
3. We have not entered into any agreement with yourself for payment of your time and therefore any request for payment is declined.
How should I interpret this response? Thanks.

Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited
Thank you for the quick response.
I just a few days ago sent them the first letter. So, as I understand I just continue the normal 3 letter process? Thanks.

Re: Hoist Portfolio Holding Limited
Hello,
I sent them two letters so far and received a response with a big pile of some sort of statements and some sort of agreement where instead of customer signature x is placed. And now they are asking to arrange the payment. So, they still haven't provided me the required documents.
Should I just send them a third letter when it's due and ignore this?

You could add; As your letter purports to be signed by a man or woman
called CREDIT SECURITY Ltd ,please confirm that he / she is the one with
first hand knowledge in this matter.
