statute barred or not? best way to deal with MMF/Latern!

Post by stormy121 on Tue May 22, 2018 8:43 am

Time to have some fun! i hate these guys, chase debts that are statute barred etc,

So here is the letter, this is the first letter since they bought this debt way back in god knows when! i first got emails from them in 2012 (still have a whole folder)

So far ive ignored due to the alleged debt being well over 6 years and is none existent on my credit file. So what are peoples thoughts? What would you do? should i bother with the 3 letter process? or straight up just ignore the parasites?

Hi stormy,

I still get occasional letters from the parasites ,I always respond ,I rebut and reject your assumption that I owe a debt to your corporation. I do not bother sending recorded ,I just get proof of posting.
Whilst I will never be paying these scum I still like to rebut .
I notice your letter is absent of any name ,if you do respond ,ask which individual is making this claim.

Up to you ,have fun with them or ignore.

Yes im going to have fun with them as i know these debts were acquired fraudulently from an ex and not myself way back in 2010 so off to the 3 letter process! see what they have to say,

P.s they even provided a handy free postage letter to contact them back with!
