Parking Notice Download Empty Parking Notice Download

Post by unlimuni Sat Jul 21, 2018 11:06 pm

Greetings,
I'm looking for the Parking Notice which was available on the original GOODF. I was certain I had it backed up from a few years ago, but 2 hours of searching yielded nothing.

Guidance will be sincerely appreciated if it's available somewhere online, though I'm not picky.

I remember the wording well enough to produce something similar, but nothing would come close to the original.

Do any of you still use them?

Best,
UU

Hi, unlimuni.

Have a look at this site ,this at present appears to be the best solution so far.

Thank you, kindly, daveiron.

I'm based in the US and will have to find the legislative equivalents of the UK BoE & VAT.

This is purely about FPN's

The difference between the the notice on this web site is not "CONTRACTUAL" this notice is contractual and if it is NOT contractual then the signs on the car parks are NOT contractual....
Do you understand what I am saying ?

Seriously you are admin ...You do know we don't get actual tax disc's now ?
So by placing something where a tax disc used to be is not "Saying don't buy a tax disc" .
Who's side are you actually on ?

To put it in "Simple" terms ....The wording in this notice is the same as the wording on car park signs ...So if this notice is invalid and the contract void,so are all the notices in the car parks and signs used by them.
So how can they enforce their contracts if this notice is invalid/void ...and if this contract is good for them we can start billing them £10,000 + interest etc etc .

SOTS is apparently being pedantic to many people but this is for good reason, wording on documentation is key and people such as myself, SOTS, Lopsum, Daveiron, and many others know this, so he isn't being pedantic as he is being very exact and very specific with the wording and clarifying so people dont make silly mistakes and cock it up.

Thank you to all contributors!

I realize it's been almost 6 weeks and I'm asking for advice again. Can someone point me in the direction of a remedy that may work in the US? I'd be happy to try something experimental similar to BoEVAT if there is an equivalent or similar basis to do so. Were I in neighboring Canada which uses VAT, I'd be golden, however, my research into the UCC hasn't yet yielded results.

Any further guidance appreciated.
