Re: Ccj help
Hi, Bailiffs cannot force entry for civil debts. They can only force for things like unpaid court fines etc.
I strongly suggest research bailiff powers, be aware your vehicle is vulnerable unless locked in a garage.
Ensure you door is always locked ,as they are permitted to walk through an open door.
Never open the door to them and ALWAYS record everything ,they will lie and use any dirty tactics against you.
A bit of info would be useful (without disclosing any personal details which could identify you.

Re: Ccj help
Is it a default judgement, if so seek to get set aside, if it's a civil debt no bailiffs cannot force entry, just don't open door to these muppets, there is a sum that I believe may change that maybe £25,000 but check.

Re: Ccj help
High Court Bailiffs will not be involved in this .
Beware of a company called High Court Enforcement . They are nothing of the sort ,just the usual parasites
trying to deceive into believing they are High Court Enforcement officers.
Without researching it tonight ,I believe from memory they must give you notice of their intention to call.
Have you had any contact from a bailiff ( they are now called enforcement officers )?

Re: Ccj help
Not sure what you mean in your last post ,re letters.
On the bailiff issue.
1 do you own your home ?
2 are you employed or self employed ?
3 do you own a vehicle ?
4 Is the ccj solely in your name or joint names ?

The letters ; https://goodf.forumotion.com/f37-new-letters-process
Use the appropriate ones. each letter 10 days apart, and always recorded mail.
Good answers re bailiffs, I will PM you in the morning.

Re: Ccj help
Hi,
The 9 letters would be if the process was started with the OC ,then a DCA & then purchaser, (assuming 3 each)
just put the appropriate number.

Just tailor the letters to suit, omit what does not apply.
