Has anyone suffered property possessions with a MR SINGH on any of the paperwork from the bank or solicitors for the bank or the receivers.

I will explain in my next post why, but firstly it would be useful to us all at the response to my question.

Singh is not actually a surname. It is the middle name given to all seek male born ( i believe means lion) . It is not a surname. All girls have a middle name kaur meaning princess. Indian birth certificates do not have tge surname so the many millions of singh names is pretty meaningless without a surname.

However, in a few cases of repossessions i have been dealing with in london there have been as many as 9-10 Singhs dealing with the matter, all working for different corporate entities.
Eg. The estate agent singh for the sale of property, 3 buyers named singh , drydens fairfax singh for repossessions, singh for the receivers, singh fir the solicitors representing the buyers, .......and further to list........all for the sale of one property, for several completely unrelated repossession cases.

We think that there is an arrangement in banking circles to sell property/ mortgages from insiders to connected people for less than market value. The key is the bank getting the repossession order. Then a transaction can be made.

One for SOTS. Theresa may announced that there are regulations for jewish and christian names but they are yet to address other cultures. So it looks like some have been able to obfuscate the name restriction that we are all bound by effectively being able to claim each person as another.

One for the "change the name, win the game" posters that were on the old forum. Just looks like other cultures have been practising this under the radar for sometime.
