Legal fiction and witness statements

Post by handle on Tue May 30, 2017 6:45 am

Having looked at different resources over the years i realise how the courts may be working. The courts are there for legal fictions not real people.

When you write out a witness statement, eg, as defendant you have to bear in mind that you are the human being, not the fiction. A judge will spot immediately from your witness statement whether you are cognisant of this. You should always file a witness statement in court. You , as a living human being, are witness to the defendant, your strawman.

The claim form against you is in BLOCK CAPS. When you do the witness statement you should put your own name in lower case:surname and state you are witness for THE DEFENDANT. All references to the block caps you must be as "the defendant".

This informs the judge that you are the beneficiary to all things of The Defendant and he is the trustee. It also tells the judge that you know of your standing.

By claiming you are the defendant tells the judge you do not know what you are talking about and may be commiting an ofence. But the judge will not tell you this. You ought to know who you are. You may automatically be putting the judge against you by not displaying this.
This realisation seems true after watching documentaries re strawman and connecting with my own experience in court.

The mists are clearing for you Handle, so let me throw a scenario or two at you.

Why did you give your name in the first place? it isn't your name as it is a name placed on the receipt called the Birth Certificate by your alleged parents, not you, did you consent to them registering you? or did you rebut their assumption of calling you by your now registered title.

If you are arrested you have the right to remain silent, so remain silent, its an inalienable right, also refuse to give any other personal information such as DNO or finger prints as along with the legal fiction name on the receipt (birth certificate) they are YOUR property to which you hold deed of title.

Now the corrupt po-lice can do nothing, you have refused to give them anything so they have no legal fiction name to bring charges against, they have no other evidence to bring to a court to let them assume you are they think you are, such as DNA or other evidence.

So, who are they going to bring charges against? who are they going to say is in court if they take you to court?

Remember that maxim of law, NON ASSUMPSIT.

Hi all

Hi handle - thanks for reminding me about 'witness'.

Hi assassin - yup. In addition if you don't give joinder and are arrested for an 'offence' rather than a common-law 'crime' it's wrongful arrest, the going rate of which is £20k i believe.

Just thought that the following Pdf may come in handy for cases against the legal name. My apologies if this has been posted before, but I delve into so many sources that I'm failing to recall where I first discovered them.Laughing
