Is your council doing this? I'm so cut off from the news these days, intentionally, that this may already be common knowledge, so please bear with me. It has come to my attention that local councils are now agreeing to pay anyone who photographs certain breaches of their bylaws, so as those who let their dogs poop on the pavement and drivers who do not park correctly aligned in their car parks. So, as I see it, councils are clearly trying to set folks at each others throats for a proverbial shilling. I take it that the wrongdoer will be taken to court and heavily fined using photographic evidence to prove their case. Rolling Eyes

Hang on a mo, where did I put my camera, I haven't had a holiday since...No, I just haven't had one. Wink

I have heard that a debt company are paying people £10 if they are sent a picture of an illegally parked vehicle where a division of their company undertakes parking enforcement for a council, dont know the details though.
