From what I remember from quite recently, it only matters if you insure the beast.

One might get arrested for the others but in the end they concentrate on the insurance. And I think that is related to the person being the states property and not because one forgets to get insurance for the car!

Hi guys

Tom Bombadil - yes, me too. All about the insurance by all accounts. But isn't that, as you say - all about the 'person'?

Dave Goyan did well, i thought.

Cheers!

Ta much!

The thing about these types of vid, and I speak from YEARS of seeing this type of thing, they DO work! The info is from the USA and they have better comeback when wronged by the State.
When converting to UK, there is tons of work to do!

One gets the impression that if you had a new car, then getting it back might be more adventuresome!

Hi all

A spiritual tid-bit....

You may have noticed my using a lower-case 'i' when referring to myself. There are two reasons for this, most of you will know one of them - caputatis diminutio (did i get that right?).

However there is also a more spiritual reason. Some of you may have come across the 'circumpunct' as a symbol for 'god of all', whereas the circle represents 'all that we know' and the dot (singularity) represents 'god'.

Well the dot is also a pictogtaphical representation of 'now', so 'now' can be equated as 'god of all'.

The lower-case 'i' is represented as a '1' with a '.' (dot) so when i represent myself as 'i', what i am suggesting is that: i is one with now.....

Cheers!

Greetings

OK, so we would like some evidence to prove our homes are 'domestic dwellings' to achieve our CT exemption? Consider this:

When an altercation between a couple at their home is reported to the police, how do the police describe it in their OFFICIAL records? The records our wonderful justice system regard as 'gospel'....?

Surely such people could obtain documentary evidence of their '_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ disturbance' and present it as evidence of the legal status of their home when the CT 'bill' arrives?

....just don't all create a 'disturbance' at the same time - wouldn't want to overwork the thin blue line now, would we?

Cheers!

I think that the strongest 'proof' needed is when you ask for it in one of your questions in law to the councils (or?) definition as to what THEY think you are in and if their rules apply to you!

Let them define what is included and just call yours something else!

Greetings

What do we need the 'name' for? Well, just about everything - bank accounts, credit, business, police encounters to name a few. You can't turn around without some flunky demanding proof of ID.

Yet there is one place you will never be asked for ID, a place that you might think is the one place they really should....... a courtroom. Yes.

Have a think about that.

Cheers!

Greetings

In the last thread about council tax we came across a word that defied definition: Hereditament

i have managed - i think - to define it through context.

Heredit - ancestral assets and/or lineage.

Ament - person born an idiot (that's an actual translation!)

So we have 'ancestral assets/lineage of a person born an idiot'.

Then we have:

Ancestral assets/ lineage = House

Which gives us:

Hereditament = House of person born an idiot

Which fits perfectly with CT being a 50/50 split tax on person and property - remember, there is no reference to it being a personal tax at all, yet we know it is.

Hereditament is the reference to the 'person' in the local govt act.

Ta-daaaa!

Cheers!

Perhaps a freedom of Information request to DEFINE the word,
Heriditament . ?

By the time one uses such a word, in a document, it might be prudent to state what it means to me/you in that document!

Cool.

Hi guys

Society of the Spectacle - that's not a bad idea, i'll try to get round to it. Will have to ask for definition specific to that Act (LGF Act?).

Tom Bombadil - i'm sure we all know the reason they don't, but you're right.

Something else i now think you were correct on -- un-reg is better than de-reg.

Cheers!
