Notice of Irrevocable Estoppel by Acquiescence Letter

Post by pipsaholic on Wed Jul 26, 2017 12:54 pm

Hello,

What are you supposed to enter under tm (trademark) in the estoppel by acquiescence letter your surname or full name followed by the initials ™. so would it be smith™. ?

Also, if you're dealing with a debt collection agency, but original debt is with a bank, which name do you put a claim against the debt collection agency or the original creditor?

Thanks.

You would write your name like this JOHN SMITH™ . I normally send to both the original creditor and the DCA. There are different templates for each one

Could you upload both templates please? Also, what if you only put SMITH™ as that is what I sign it under not my full fictitious name I put SMITH™ as the sovereign and authorised representative.

Thanks.

If that's how you normally sign then it shouldn't be a problem, Here are the 2 templates you just need to ajust them to suit

If you decide to actually sign the letters remember to sign them in red ink through the yours sincerely as this makes it harder for them to copy your signature
