a fathers problem

Post by eargoggles on Thu Aug 03, 2017 1:45 pm

Hi there I hope everyone is well . I have a friend who has being split from his X for about 4 years ,he has children too her . The problem he has put simply is ,if he has any disagreement with his X over any matter which is serious , she stops him from seeing the children unless she gets her own way, which to say the least is very frustrating . I don`t want to be too specific about details just in case she ever gets wind of this but please believe me there are lots of details and you will just have to take it from me that she is very much in the wrong and she can be very evil to put it bluntly
I have recently come across info about the estate and a male executor of his estate and also that everything he creates is his property. in other words .can he claim the children as his property .i think this rout could be his only hope because the legal rout favours her too much unless we could get stonewall proof of her wrong doings. I hope someone can help or shed some light on some proven facts/info. thanks

speaking from experience It may not be that difficult ,I fought for custody of mine & won .
My advice would be to get a solicitor who specializes in this ,do not just go with the first you see .
Unless things have changed ,Courts do not take kindly to that sort of behaviour.
The threat from a solicitor of court action may well be all that is required.
