Parking Warden get's caught out. Empty Parking Warden get's caught out.

I picked this one up off of LiveLeake and found it quite apt. I don't know anything more about it, but the female parking warden appears to have a Parkingeye logo on her top.

My interpretation as to what is going on here: You are allowed 10 mins free parking. Shoppers arrive and park their car and leave it to go shopping. The ParkingEye warden is standing either out of sight or maybe even in sight observing the comings and goings. When the coast is clear the ParkingEye warden places an empty PCN envelope on the windscreen of the chosen target car and then stands back to take a picture of the car as if a PCN has been issued. The picture will show what appears to be a PCN on the windscreen of the car and will no doubt be used as evidence of a PCN being correctly issued. Once the picture has been taken the PCN envelope is removed by the warden. The occupants return and leave in the car completely unaware of anything. This allows the ParkingEye warden if not challenged to print the ticket off (as she kindly demonstrated) and then dispose of it. Some time later the registered owner/keeper will be informed by ParkingEye that a PCN was issued on the car and the picture will be supplied as proof. This may only work if the camera had it's time adjusted forward by say 10 or more minutes so that the time on the actual PCN was similar to that of the picture which has a date and time stamp. If anyone can provide more then please feel free.

Frankly I this event to be very sad more than anything else.

Are the ordinary working people in Britain so desperate for work they will accept a job like this. I reckon to do this for a job must hurt this poor lady as much as it hurts the victim.

Not trying to reduce the wrongness of this just looking at the human aspect of it and the way these sorts of jobs rob people of their human pride and their human dignity. For this i blame the powers that be, the elite, the bankers etc.

Perhaps this is a physical manifestation of what TPTB value.

I get the impression that the attendant is a tit and she knows full well the implications because she is on a bonus and she will get it before the ticket is contested!
