3 Letters Posted - Credit Agreement
Sent off my 3 letters and have received a photocopy of a credit agreement but nothing else I have asked for in the letters. How should I proceed now?

Re: 3 Letters Posted - Credit Agreement
It might help if you can say what the credit agreement is for and who sent you the copy of it. The more details you provide will get you the correct answers as there are different ways of dealing with different types of credit.

Re: 3 Letters Posted - Credit Agreement
Hi lesheif,
Can you put a copy of the agreement on here, so we can see? But cover over your details.
You have got to show you are strong.
The idea of the 3 letters is to make them produce paperwork, what they haven't got. But sometimes they can threaten court action, hoping you do not turn up for court. and win by default
So proceed, have you sent the estoppel? If not, send it at the required time. If you have already sent the estoppel, send them a bill, with the bill cover letter. If they send another letter, repeat this.
They never sent you all the information you asked for in the 3 letters, also this photocopy may not be a true copy. Also check it is not statute barred, that's 6 years after the default notice or of the last payment.
Please keep us all informed, feedback is great help for ourselves and other members. And do not worry about asking any further questions, people here are happy to help.

Re: 3 Letters Posted - Credit Agreement
Hi lesheif,
Thats all anyone ever gets is a poor photo copy. That is not what you asked for or need.
You will never get to see the original, Or even a true certified copy because they do not have one.
The signed agreement is the most important document they ever had ,so ask yourself why have they not got it ?
Just carry on as Pete suggested.
