It gets more hideous by the minute & yet still people think they live in a free country (regardless of which part of these isles you live).

So the police have a call from a man who is filming in public who himself is been filmed in public. No police should have ever attended, I remember when I was attacked in my own garden years ago by my neighbour I phoned the police they didn't even turn up yet these tw*ts turn up for this.

One day oh yes one day the police will feel a backlash.....

The illegal data is called the PND or Po-lice National Database and this is subject of a lot of controversy as unlike the PNC or Po-lice National Computer it is not subject to stringent regulations governing its use and data.

PND systems allow corrupt c*ntstables to place any data on them without verification or justification, they hold lists of people who do things the Po-lice simply dont like and they routinely use this database after using the PNC to search for reasons to stop or abuse people. Basically it is a spying system full of disinformation which is often shared between po-lice forces.

Much of the information stored upon it simply wouldn't be allowed onto the PNC system as it breaches the rules on so many levels and some of the information is so petty that they even have the movements of people who are NOT subject of official po-lice investigations such as someone being seen at the shops buying a Kit Kat; basically it is a system designed to get around the Human Rights legislation as very few people know about it, and those that do know about it are convinced that it is a legitimate crimefighting system, or they are the ones putting information onto it.

Well, what of a civil case?

It's always been said that a criminal issue has fairly decent bailiffs, it's that *rse wipes that enforce a CIVIL warrant that are the main issues.

Hmm. Why did he leave this out?

Yeah. I noticed that too!

His vids are good. But he has plastered all bailiffs as one, and by that I am talking of debt collection and 'false' bailiffs.

I think he needs to also talk about 'goods' not being anything to do with anything OTHER than a business. I don't own goods UNLESS they are part of my business that has the (let's call them) collectors wanting them.

Or am I incorrect?

Ok...,,crimebodge is totally wrong here.

I went to queens bench and got an high court injunction within 2 hours sealed by the high court against the bailiff and the bailiff company. The judge said that the warrant on an Ipad by a magistrate was completely invalid

Than you for posting that video. I may redact my high court injunction from Queens bench and post it up.
