Post by memegirl777 on Thu Nov 07, 2019 12:11 pm

Hi I,m using the NEW 3 letters a little confused {doesnt take a lot}

On three (3) occasions I have requested from (OC) the information listed below to provide
their lawful proof of claim.I have also requested this information on 3 occasions from their
agents. To date none of the required information has been provided.

just making sure OC is definatly original creditor before i send off i.e Halifax bank etc

also copy n pasting on to email which is the way I do it , it has a blue background on the wording ,
is there any way around this ?

and finally are these suitable for a £13,000 credit card ? separate issue

Thankyou in advance guys

Depending on your email client there should be a way to paste as plain text. If not then paste into Notepad (assuming you're using Windows) then copy from Notepad and paste into your email.

Hi,
You will need to put the number of times you have requested the docs in each letter.
Assuming you send the 3 letters to the OC ( Original Creditor) that will be 3 .
and so on if it gets past to debt collectors ,that will be another 3 . Dont forget to send the
right letters to the right organisation.

They are not designed for copy and paste ,the reason being is in the past some folks have done that
without having a clue about the process, also there are parts which only apply to each individual.
I know it may be a drag to type all that out but as explained its done for a reason.

regards dave

Thankyou guys ,
I have a pre court letter so think I may bob them a sec 78 req as delay tactic while I double check I,m sending the correct letters .
I already sent a sec 78 which was just met with a fake letter addressed to me from original creditor on the same post date as the cover letter so I,ll re request .

Sorry, only just seen these posts.

1. DI is spot on.

2. Respectfully, it is still a little unclear as to what you have done thus far and where you are (in the process) right now.

Maybe you could list from 1 to x what you have done? But PLEASE remember not to use any personally identifiable data or even the dates of your letters etc (those 'trolls'....)

Thank you Smile

Hi Mrblue
I have 7 days before pre court action time runs out so popping a simple sec 78 in the post today .
am I wrong in thinking that these new 3 letters are not the same as the old 3 ?
I used them quite successfully on the old site.. Smile
