Voters registration Empty Voters registration

Post by Sharpysparky on Mon Nov 18, 2019 8:15 pm

Hi everyone, so we again had the usual poking there nose in electoral form through the post addressed to owner or occupier, I returned to sender stating addressee not know at this address, as this is also their way of getting consent to govern us, and as we all know acts and statutes are only given the full force of the law if we give them consent to do so, prior to that as I had been sent a final threat letter( which was ignored) a goon from the council turned up stating I could be fined £1000 for not filling it in, I must say I almost wet myself saying to him that I found it very amusing as he did not even know my name and to go bother someone else and then slammed the door in he’s face!
anyway a few days later the poll cards came through the door, they obviously dont care what gets sent back to them or said to their salesmen. My question is how would you guys deal with the poll cards( apart from preventing a wobbly table leg 😜) I was thinking of sending them back with something like :- return to sender, corruption not approved, consent withdrawn? Please let me have your thoughts (even if it is to call me a dumb a**). Just want to have some fun with these imbeciles lol

Yes that sounds good ,as you say have some fun with it. Must be because I live in a village & probably
the only one who does not conform its not worth their while to come out. I have never had TVL or
voter registration call
The only one I do expect to call will be the next census in 2021,now that should be fun.

Post by Kestrel on Mon Nov 18, 2019 10:05 pm

After informing the electoral role to remove any names they held for my address, all future letters from then stated that no one at this address is registered to vote if this still applies do nothing (or words to that effect).

Remember your lawful right to remain silent.

In addition our democracy is a fraud, to knowingly participate in a crime can have reprisals for you. Quote that if government run the country why does it not issue it's own money interest free instead of borrowing from a private central bank enslaving us with debt.

I've never completed a census but the last one I saw some real persistence from the useful idiots frequently knocking at the door.

Once again your lawful right to remain silent.

I had one of these 'council' workers at my door early evening Sunday a few weeks ago, despite there being a 'No Trespass' sign that they have been aware of for at least five years.

He went through the usual stuff of "You have to fill it in!" etc.
I pointed out that he'd been warned for trespass when he called two years before and his excuse was that because he was there on a legal matter that the notice didn't apply.
I then warned him of potential prosecution and asked his name.  Guess what?
"I'm not giving you my name!" and he stomped off!

Great info from Kestrel, totally agree, recently had yet another "demand" fill out & sign or else. Mine was actually filled out with my b'cert name already installed & all I had to do was sign - can you beleive that?

Was informed "you may get an £80 fine if you don't sign" Yeah go on then shove it. Very Happy

assassin's plan looks good enough for me.

Note they use the word MAY because without a name then cannot serve papers on anyone.

May also means may not, or maybe they're stuffed and know it.

assassin's plan looks good enough for me.

Then rebut their claim in writing as an unrebutted claim stands in law, if they sent you documentation in a berth certificate name iot means they are playing the game of evidence gathering and if the matter goes to court they have an unrebutted claim in law and a default win, also be aware they use other similar tricks to catch you out.

I open the door and I tell them I am NOT eligible to vote.

They might ask ''why?''

I suggest to them that "a convicted murderer is not eligible nowadays! ...and when is the next council meet up?"

Ok! I would if they ever said anything after they find out I'm not interested. Around here they don't say anything that makes me bite at all!
