Are you under investigation by an official body? may you be under investigation by an official body? are you simply curious about being tracked without your knowledge or consent?

I have the results of something several of us have been looking into for a while and the results are alarming, illegal, unethical, and downright dispicable and these are that people being investigated (often without their knowledge) are being fitted with trackers on personal items and vehicles are the prime target, so how are they being fitted and what are they? basically they are satellite based trackers which are smaller than a matchbox and magnetic, they are fixed by sticking them to the underside of vehicles and operate in many ways, but they track your vehicles movement in real time and store this information for up to 6 months using standard platforms such as Google maps.

These trackers contain large batteries and can remain active for up to 3 months or longer for more expensive models and many have some interesting features such as sending a text message to multiple mobile phones when a vehicle moves or when it stops and no movement is detected for 5 minutes and they go into standby mode to save battery life, you can set many parameters on them (depending upon model) simply with a mobile phone and all you need is an untraceable mobile phone to remain anonymous. You can but these units for around £15 on web sites such as Amazon and the bay of fleas and the more functions they have, the more they cost; and for around £40-50 you can have a quality model with so many functions that you would rarely or never use. To use them you simply set up an account and insert a SIM card and use either PAYG or a monthly contract with a service provider, or some manufacturers have their own networks which you can pay for in advance with a month, three months, six months, or a full year and get unlimited data, and thats it, you simply neeed to charge the battery and stick it onto a vehicle safe in the knowledge that very few people actually go under their vehicle.

My suspicions were first raised in late 2017 when a friends mother said she thought she was being followed as she did very few miles which were to collect her pension and do her shopping and visit her grandchildren and babysit at set times and days, and she attended various clubs and activities at set times and her routine was predictable and she often noticed the same vehicles, usually in the supermarket car park or at the fuel station, but never went into the supermarket or filled up with fuel. Fortunately she is reasonably tech savvy and got several pictures of these vehicles on her phone while playing the doddery old fool unable to use a mobile phone. My mate took her car as he worked all over the country and she didn't see these cars but he saw them folowing him, usually at a discrete distance, but they often got caught out in traffic. Matters came to a head when her extended family set them up by lying in wait at one of her regular functions and when she arrived they remained static and waited for the following car to arrive, at which point they boxed it in and out came the sledgehammer with a simple ultimatum, either you come out or we come in and as the sledgehammer was raised he decided to come out, they questioned him and he admitted he was working freelance for an investigations company for a local council and admitted there was a tracking device fitted under her car and it alerted either him or his mate to the vehicles movement, and tracked it in real time so he could follow her.

Around March 2018 several people in their extended circle of friends also thought they were also being followed and word spread and several of them caught these people out and trapped them, and everytime they looked under a vehicle they found these trackers, and one who didn't suspect being followed took their car to have a tyre changed due to a pot hole and the tyre fitter suggested the rim may be damaged and if they removed the spare wheel from under the car he would fit the new tyre to this and fit it to the car instead, and guess what he found attached to the spare wheel, yes a tracker.

How does this work, many public organisations contract out investigations services to various local companies, these companies then sub contract it out to freelance investigators qwho use these unlawful tactics so they can track people they are investigating without actually physically following them by sight and if they lose them in traffic for example they look at their map on their mobile device and follow them from a discrete distance without being seen and they have previous tracking overlays to predict where they are going, and actually get ahead of them if possible and let them drive past them while they are parked up.

Revenge is sweet as they say, this morning 8 of these devices were recovered from vehicles we have watched for some time and a lorry travelling from Lincolnshire has them attached to the inside of his chassis, where is he heading? UAE on a long distance multidrop run, and the driver is a friend who knows exactly what he doing and that they are fitted to his truck, they will end up in the sea to test their waterproof claim.

It is public bodies using private investigators, the private investigaters then sub this work out to freelance investigaters who ignore the rules and legislation and use unlawful tactics.

Some of those found are:

Local councils using approved (tongue in cheek there) investigation companies with several on the books employees and many others they call specialist investigaters, who are the freelance investigaters.

DWP, lots of approved companies here and they all sub contract most of this work out to freelancers.

HMRC, as above.

General small private investigation companies undertaking general investigation work.

Thanks for confirming the bodies Smile

And what if the criteria? What are they hoping to find out?

Thanks for the heads up on all this. I think these devices may use GPS. Possibly if you suspect a device may be fitted & cannot find it get a GPS signal detector, it may help.

Any information relevant to their investigations and this can range from simple proof to build a chain of events which can lead to circumstantial evidence of anything else. Lets run an example for the DWP; benefit claimant is suspected of working, tracker is fitted to their vehicle/s and they sit and watch, vehicle leaves from, or nearby to a home address at 8.00am Monday to Friday and arrives at an address at around 8.45am and this forms the first part of their picture, they escalate this and deploy either another vehicle with a photographer OR a vehicle rigged with remotely operated cameras and either photograph, video, or both; of the suspected person arriving at a work address and they now have solid evidence of someone working and the person getting out of the vehicle at a place of work. They have the vehicle registration and run a DVLA enquiry check on the vehicle and get the owners details which will invariably be their suspect, and irrefutible proof of them getting out of the vehicle, and possibly changing into a work uniform or clothes, and this gives them a lead to which company they are working for.

If they park in a public car park and they have to pay then they let the suspect leave and walk past the vehicle and note how long the ticket is for which maybe for a short prescribed time or even all day, then photograph it, they then escalate the investigation. On several days over several weeks they place a camera car near the suspects house and either photograph or video the suspect getting into the vehicle with a data back camera which gives the time and date, they have another vehicle at the car park and photograph them again arriving at the car park and parking their car and getting a ticket, someone gets out and photographs these tickets while others follow the suspect to a place of work and identify the place of work, if it is something such as a shop they rig several people with cameras and enter the shop to buy something and have evidence of them working for cash in hand.

Now it gets serious as they visit the place of work by stealth, they make a legitimate appointment with the Managing Director under false pretences, they reveal their real reason for being there and state they know their suspect is working there illegally and hope the MD admits it, if not they threaten to contact HMRC and report them for tax evasion and go as far as using any other body such as HSE to get the MD to admit it; they then state that if he admits their suspect is working there then they will forget everything else and it generally works.

LionsShare wrote:Thanks for the heads up on all this. I think these devices may use GPS. Possibly if you suspect a device may be fitted & cannot find it get a GPS signal detector, it may help.

They all use GPS tracking and standard platforms such as Google Maps so people can use mobile phones, I pads, and even laptops to track them in real time as this means they can follow someone without actually being visible, if they suspect they are arriving at a specific destination they close up on their suspected vehicle and witness it arriving and who is driving it.

GPS signal detectors are useless as most modern cars are fitted with sat nav as standard and you would bet lots of signals unless you are in a remote area with no other GPS signals about.

Much easier to use another method first, most have bluetooth so they can be tracked in close proximity, if a vehicle is going to an address and is locked in a private car park with no public access, an underground car park, or in a building, then they switch on bluetooth and know they are within 10 metres of the vehicle and narrow its location down to a very small area.

Move any suspected vehicle away from home using another driver, switch your mobile phones bluetooth on and note the devices around your location, get your vehicle to return and note if you get another bluetooth device listed on your phone, if so then you have reasonable suspicion one has been attached to your vehicle.

Important Warning To All Empty Re: Important Warning To All

Post by assassin Thu Jan 02, 2020 3:28 am

Lets be clear on this, they cannot be seen to be using unlawful methods and this is the reason legitimate investigation companies contract it out, plausible deniability, the subbie gets the information unlawfully and makes a report, usually written, and gives it back to the legitimate looking investigation company and they edit it to ensure nothing incriminating is in the report, if it is then it is highlighted and the subbie investigator rewrites it. They use specific generality which are terms which are vague, they may write "that on 01/01/2020 we followed the suspect in vehicle AB 16 CDE from 1 Acacia avenue Anywhereshire to the general area of Maybeshire town centre and lost the vehicle" they may follow this up with "I did a search of surrounding public car parks and failed to locate the vehicle" and they claim another two hours work for themselves, safe in the knowledge they didn't do this work and they know exactly where this vehicle has gone and sat on their backsides, possibly in a local cafe. They sit at home and track the vehicle and claim many more hours for doing nothing and get paid for this, and after several days of being paid for nothing they then go to the location where they know it will be and state " I followed the vehicle, blah, blah, blah, and encountered it entering the staff car park of Cheap as Chips freezer warehouse and couldn't obtain pictures of it" and then sit at home for several days and watch the vehicle on their phone or laptop.

They submit a written report to their investigation company who decide to escalate it and possibly use the above methods and claim for two vehicles and 8 staff, two vehicle drivers and 6 on foot and claim they scoured the area for a week and found nothing, suddenly they have 8 staff and two vehicles being billed for, and these will be around 10 hours each, so a £1500 bill becomes a £10,000 bill and the investigation company submits this to the DWP and get paid for generally doing nothing.

They offer the DWP the start location and finish location, and offer to escalate their actions again and get irefutible evidence, or let the DWP handle it themselves.
