Are we doomed to play along as the strawman?

Without the strawman a normal person can’t do much.

Can’t rent houses, get into mobile phone contracts and can’t get an internet service provider.

We know their is dodgy stuff going on with glossa in contacts, banks pretending to lend money and all that stuff.

Even though we kind of have a clue whats going on there seems to be no remedy.

For the large part YES. But there always ways to combat this. It will take a lot of study on your part, to go along with what THEY want & to find "holes" or the "exemption" in the legislation, possibly is a way forward.

From what I have read of Acts & it is certainly draining, are suppose to benefit all men & women. That is, I think the clue.

Not picking holes but the 'strawman' IS the person! The strawman is the persona of you, the Man.

Money talks. I've rented cash in hand in the past. It's the big deposit that helps, that and a good character or name! Give folk three months rent in advance and they won't say no.
It would be all cash in hand so they don't mind. If they have a key leccy meter then better. And just give them the years water rates cash in hand divided by 12.

I have a phone in my friends name anyway. They are a good and understanding friend and is fine to receive my monthly payments for it! Again, a good standing with my friends.
They did suggest that I use them for the home too but I actually liked the way it turned out.

But having a strawman is fine! It actually frees the man! I could, or WE ALL could, just dissappear! Not use that strawman again!

It depends what 'trapments' one wants in their life.

Can't people use trust(s) as the 'strawman' with them being the beneficiary of the trust and as such become 'invisible' to society as a man (male/female)?

from my research, you would have to be in possession of the trust - claiming it in other words, to have (I think) "LEGAL-STANDING" to do what you want - if I have it right?

LionsShare, i wasn't talking about the Cestui que vie trust (assuming that is the correct name for the trust created from the afterbirth), but a trust you create with the partner you're living with. Your partner is the trustee, you are the beneficiary.

Why would anyone not be able to create a trust? Yes anyone can create a trust.

Trusts are something I am looking into, it would appear something along the lines of perhaps a contract - express trust may be the best way to go.

Good question, the short answer is yes, unless you can get enough people to step outside of the banking system and trade and barter without the banking system, you will not be able to operate in the Banking system without the Birth Certificated entity, in fact you will never get your rights to property back under the crown system either.

I would refrain from calling it a strawman, this really obscures what it is. But one other thing, you do not have to be the BC entity (which is a really bad idea) but you should be able to claim the equity in it IF you declare the facts on record and IF the law is being applied without corruption and ignorance, note I said IF.

IF any one says that certificate is for You as in the Baby born, then they have just made a claim over you that is tantamount to slavery, and The UK have signed anti slavery treaties, so they cannot have it both ways.

The truth is the BC is not for you but for your use IF you can establish your claim on it or for your perpetual debt servitude and severance from your paternal blood inheritance IF you continue to confess to being it.

The Key is the "Date of Birth", which is a Libel against you the natural living being …. I will leave you to think that one through.

Note I said IF, the Judiciary are hardly reliable and I am personally undecided as to whether the Law will be up held in the UK courts on this matter, I am aware of a successful case in the USA, but they have a clearer separation of state power and private rights, Here we get a Judiciary that like to keep everything on a discretionary basis, or in the summary justice courts every sausage that is fed into the machine is the same... meaning any meaningful remedy or relief (IF any) is after going through the entire appellate process.

I am currently embarking on this journey now as I have had official silence from those who should be respondents on the matter, go figure..
