Just received letter back & i have already sent the 3 letter & estoppel to the Luxembourg office & received nothing back. The uk office are saying write to luxemburg mmmm. Hope we have a plan? Thanks so much.

OK well (but I might be wrong / someone else is welcome to correct me) I guess you can’t argue with that and you’ll need to write to the office abroad.

The ‘good’ news is that sooner or later PayPay will sell the alleged debt to a Debt Purchaser and that will most likely be a UK based one.

Hi all. Just received a load of paper work from the corporation, its the contract but no autograph of mine or there’s. Also its got paperwork with it what i have been doing every month.

I have sent all the 3 letters & estoppel letters to hq luxembourg & uk officers.
The paperwork as come from the luxembourg office.
Just ignore it?

3rd letter sent for the fourth time, to the Luxembourg dept,via signed for royal mail & tracked as well.

Hi, just received a notice from a debt collection agency, I will try & post here.
I sent paypal the 3rd letter 4 times now.
Should i just wait & see what else the debt collection agency send or just start the 3 letter process?

Hi Mrblue, after the 3 letters i sent i waited 30 days & sent the estoppel, i never sent the, Notice of conditional acceptance after the 3rd letter.
Is it 10 days ya send this notice after the 3rd letter?
Estoppel 30 days after the notice or after the 3rd letter?
I am ready to send the letters to the debt agency now.

Hi goodf humans. Found this great place again after a few years, good to see it is still going strong. I find myself in a similar position to living man in this topic, but a bit further along the road in that I yesterday received a Claim Form from Lowell Portfolio / Lowell Solicitors through the County Court Business Centre, Northampton - in relation to an alleged Paypal debt dating from 2018. I already responded to Lowell letters and pre-action protocol at end of last year with the last letter from them in January 2021 from them stating that the 'account' was suspended for one month, but now have received this Court form yesterday and would really appreciate some ideas on next steps if anyone can assist.
Apologies for jumping in to this topic, if I remember right is it best practice here to start own thread with full details of my dealing with Lowell / Paypal or is it ok to continue with that in this thread?
In meantime I am going to re-read the forum rules etc this weekend to try to update myself, thanks kindly in advance!

Hi, received this letter & what a joke they are. The estoppel letter has been sent & wait 30 days then send the noca letter? How can they say my document as come from google & does not stand wow. Amazing enit hay wow. Gud luck every one & stay strong.
