Hi all. Hope all is well.
Just got a letter from a debt agent to my old address. I changed my address wth paypal long time ago. So should i just blank these letters. I will try & share photo of letter here.

Thanks daveiron, this was sent to my old address, they have my new address, so should i still send them are notice? or just send them the letter back?

If it were me i would study the links, & when i comprehended the contents
send the notices .It is of course your choice .
But be aware if you do nothing they will most likely get a judgement in your
absence.

Agreed with DaveIron. And ensure the DCA knows about your new address (tell them in writing, don't call or email them...)

How did you know a letter was sent to your old address? Have you only moved recently with a redirection still in place?

Hi Mrblue,
1) I changed address about 5 months now.
2) Member of family live there & opened it.
3) I will draft up the notice & get it off to them, recorded delivery & signed for. Its a po box address? I will try & find there address & send it there.

Oh I see, that's handy then (as in you won't end up with a default judgement simply because you can't get hold of your mail!)

Yep, do a little googling. Never use a PO Box.
