how do you seek damages for payment of fees from energy companies and how/what would you charge for harassment etc, i did mention to my energy agents that i wanted a £1000 pound for each letter, plus they have now broken into my home with no warrant or consent, so how do i get justice

Two ways.  You could make a claim to Ofgem against supplier, state your grounds for complaint and ask them to award compensation.  Of if you want to go nuclear then send them in the first instance a Letter Before Action, then raise proceedings in the Small Claims court.  I assume this is in England, if Scotland then the court process is different with no formal pre-action protocol.

If they really broke in without a warrant then you could report this as a crime to the police. I say "really" because there's stuff floating around where people claim there was no warrant but what they really mean is that the warrant wasn't shown to them, or not signed in green ink or something. What actual correspondence did you receive prior to them making forced entry?

thanks, its england
how do you do a letter before action, is there any templates?

the police put the phone down as its civil.

so i received a letter from GROSVENOR SERVICES GROUP LTD, saying they were going to go to court, i have no contract with them so sent there letter back telling them theres no safety issue and theres no consent to fit meter i asked whos authority theres no sign on there letter so its incomplete i basically voided all the letter .

they wanted me to tell them what i wanted them to say for me well i dont consent to them speaking for me so.
where is the court judgement
where is the warrant
where is the consent
wheres my summons to court
grosvenor doesnt summons me anywhere they have no authority i do not recognise them as any authority, if they want to go to court thats fine but surely the 1st thing a court should do is contact me?
i could do with attach the doc for you to see, not sure how

becareful, the 'registered' supplier at your address will have a 'deemed' contract with you so that's why your supplier is coming after you & causing hasstle. This deemed contract is somewhere in the respective gas & leccy acts

if you try to say show me the contract or agreement, they might state there is no contract or agreement, OR more lightly they WILL state there is a deemed contract or agreement.

Take note of what assassin & FF have stated & proceed from there, all I am saying do not go off 1/2 cocked on anything, ask questions of the respective people you are trying to get help from. As for dealing sueing a company this is not something I have done & cannot help you with. My area of expertise is dealing with utilities & paying by endorsement, sueing is something else.

i spoke to county court and explained to them what has happened,

i was told it sounds more like they have left you a letter than a warrant i agreed,

i was told there's no warrant for your address on their system and no court would issue a warrant with out you being issued a summons / court judgement etc 1st,

i was told that i should of been contacted by a court 1st before a warrant was granted .

so i have been sent out some claim forms to claim for damages to my health with all the stress etc
also i have a claim form for the no authority no consent no warrant, illegal ,unlawful enter to my domestic private property and the fit of the smart meter.

could anybody help with the what exactly can i claim for and the value etc its something i've never dealt with.

Breaking and entering is a criminal offence, so get what the court said, in writing. Your evidence of a crime, if the lice refuse to act then contact the chiel cuntstable in writing and ask why his lice force are not acting on a criminal offence when you have the proof from the courts themselves.

Leaving you a letter does not constitute a warrant and if they broke in, based upon a letter than they have no defence, you can use this court paperwork as evidence followed by the gas act.

Personally I would deal with this matter with an affidavit.
