HELLO my friends i have a question i would like to ask , i have a form from the council that says i must respond to this ,so we can check who is eligible to register to vote am i legally required to answer this i dont, think i have before THANK YOU QUEENISABELLA

I have not done it for years, just dont give joinder or your name
even if they visit,

Note the key words, "they say" so who is they? has anyone signed this letter with either a wet ink or digital signature, if not nobody is accepting liability for this fraudulent claim and again why? because they know its fraudulent.

What does the law say, actually Common Law says you have the right to remain silent and this extends to verbal, written, and other forms of communications as this is "your intellectual property" and not theirs and YOU decide when and where you share it, not them. WHY is the next question, as Dave correctly says it is to create joinder between the council as a private company and you're legal fiction.

Note the words here "LEGAL" and note that not LAWFUL as legal can never trump lawful and they know this and have to try to force you against your will to create joinder but it goes further, if you voluntarily give your details you are entering a lawful contract, also a legal contract which gives them "DEED OF TITLE" over your personal data. Deed of title means legal ownership of that data and this allows them to process and share this data with whomever they like and they do as they use it between departments and even sell your intellectual property to whoever they like for profit, their profit.
