For a BC no, only recorded as an informant...... but a 'man' may register to vote....... whats his capacity after doing that, does he have a mind?

Hi Waffle, if I can make a suggestion.

Look at the terms and sort out which goes where, and which legislation defines them as it is all for a reason.

The term "bastard" is given for a very specific reason.

Loco parentis is used for a very specific reason.

parens patriae is used for a very specific reason.

at some point , unless you are Jewish and can trace your lineage, then
the question is superfluous , because we all must have an ancestor ( before the church ? ) who was not Lawfully married.
and bastards cannot bestow legitimacy on their offspring.

If you are not married your children are born "bastards" "illegitimate" inherently become children of the state Loco Parentis. If you are married, you are married to the state and your children become children of the state as the state is in place of parents Loco Parentis......

I mean look! it don't get much closer to home and heart than this does it, their is a claim out there that not only are you a bastard, and. not only you are another s property and slave, but your progeny are being claimed as the same by the Court of Guardians, if you don't believe this is happening just ask any parent who has had their progeny stolen by the Family Court.

Lets put this in to perspective, the accusation you are illegitimate does not become true just because it is an accusation, it is a presumption by them, I mean what would you say to some one who said your real dad is the milkman that used to pop around, who now works in NM Rothschild and wears a funny hat, and further without proof, you would soon set the record straight wouldn't you.

Either these people can claim they have been putting their seed about a bit or that they carry all the wombs of this earth or they are full of it, this is the argument of substance and conscience which is where we are superior, they are operating in the occult world of form and fiction, casting spells and illusions to get their way.

Okay they are tricking Mothers into pledging property and leaving the Fathers out of the deal with Birth Registration, We need to start calling these people out with substance and conscience and fast.

Its a technical area trying to claim a security agreement, account number or mortgage agreement as your property that I concur with, but your unique biological property, come on are you kidding me.

You've hit it there Candor, thats what we are not remembering, they are using form and fiction and we should be using intent and conscience in every case...... "I can't hear you in this court its full of form and fiction", lets not forget what we are doing..... Splitting the titles, and creating a trust.....

"He who seeks equity must do equity"

They are rightfully ours and we know that! Our substance and conscience is in our hearts, thats what should prevail. But we have to stand on our own two feet and stop letting these bastards wipe our asses for us, take control and responsibility of our own lives, quit just giving ourselves and our children away.

No they don't, they become wards of the state which means multiple things.

A Ward has a Guardian, who is claiming to be the Guardian ?

The Family Court AKA the Court of Guardians that operates in the County Court of DEAD bodies claim control and enforce control of wards every day of the week (care and adoption orders), those Wards happen to be mine and your biological property.

Your progeny at the age of minority are absolutely wards,, your wards and that is the point, we have not claimed our wards as being under our control under the Guardianship of our Estate, if we had, how could they take your Wards off of you and still claim they act within a hairs width of the law ?

Not to mention the huge money spinner the probate system has as its disposal when dealing with these Wards.

Then their is the voter scam which is in reality a guardian - ward relationship, so and so councillor got so many votes in the downhill ward.

When you go to the family court which is a part of the county Court what else do they tell us ?

Its a Registry ..... Trust Language, Securities language.
