UK people apparently linking Birth cert trust account to paypal

In the facebook group (link is is the link) there are people saying they are able to link their trust to the paypal accounts. The only problem I have is that they are adding random numbers. But they are saying that the account got verified and they are able to buy things.

I have got so far as to validate a sort code to the account number and get ticks by 3 of the 5 services, don't know what to do next though.

The people from the facebook group said they attached those accounts to their paypal. Paypal will then send a verification on £0.01 to verify it. They then called paypal and said they don't have access to that account as its a trust account. They then apparently manually activate it. It helps to get a paypal agent from the asia too.

I'm not at it lol I just tried what was said in the instructions and got that far. I couldn't find a sort code for my city so tried 090053 Trustees sort code and using the year i turned 16 and the numbers from my national insurance number and got an active account. I haven't tried to link it to paypal yet and don't think I'm brave enough to try.

I just tried again using the sort code 090053 and just 8 random numbers and get more active accounts, but only the bottom 3 things are ticked the top 2 have a x

Me too, just tried what was written above & get 3 of 5 with top 2 as red "x".

Trying a variation of year with all 6 NINO & get active accounts!

Trying different sort codes ie 09-02-11 etc with the same number will result in different red "x"'s. May be all that is required is the direct debit as a green tick?

Any ideas?

Yes, i have the idea that if you guys suddenly stop posting it's coz you're on your way to the Bahamas.

If you haven't watched the 're-union call' vid ceylon put up today, it mentions PayPal in this context. i have yet to fully understand it but there may be an answer or clue in there.

About how far in does it mention that, at nearly 3 hrs long might fall asleep & miss it?

i got to 1hr29 and paused it for later, but the mentions are dotted about. Might be an idea just to check the yt comments for that vid, you never know....

Out of curiosity have I missed something? is there any reason why these accounts are based at RBS or could they be in any bank? Nat West is mentioned!

Hi iamani, I'm sure there is a way of getting access to your own trust but syphoning it off through PayPal I think is a bit optimistic.

I think asking for donations after just hoisting a trillion quid was just a tad cheeky.

Isnt' this just that the sort code and account numbers you put in might just turn out randomly to be some persons' actual account and thats' why it gets verified.
