Our Names

Hi all, I have just received a gp survey form(I wont be filling it out dont worry),
I noticed the way it was addressed to me as in Mr then my first name and surname BUT only the first letter was capital then lower case???? As this is a part of a government corporation I am wondering why its not in the all caps format????

Hi sharpy, You are your 'given' name . Your parents gave you your first name
ie; they called you John not John Smith

DI it Just seems weird that its not in all caps like most government documents are, I was curious why this might be

Forgot to add, any title Mr, Miss,Sir is also not you. If they must call you
something, living man will do.

if you have the 'long' version it will be titled 'CERTIFIED COPY OF AN ENTRY IN THE REGISTER OF BIRTHS' my question is that an actual 'birth cert' or as its name suggests?

Look at column 2 on that long version that is your given Christian Name.

Sharpey as THEY are addressing you in lower case it could be (not too sure) THEY may be addressing you as the man but seeing as Mr. & SURNAME are there then probably to the Mr. in the public, its confusing, I would say in the public. That's IMO of course.

Upper case NAMES are themselves acronyms? Something I did not know.

This is the usurping by the Crown Corp to create the PERSON NAME corporation. It all confirms what Romely & Rohan were on about in thier Justinian Desception, the Gloss & so on.

Confirmation of the whole theft from the people & the formation of the legally created fiction. That document is NOT to be used for ID

Birth Notification form must be your live bourne record - possibly a manufacturing doc'? Health care pricing office - must be how we are all given a cash value (fictional currency value) & how much the banks pay for our... creation of paper fiction, the life bond? what ever else?

I have just found my certified copy of an entry, it does not say at the bottom Not to be used as ID, also where my mum had to sign that the particulars are true blah blah it is printed capital.capital.capital then lower case for surname but no signature,
I also have my late uncle’s certificate of birth and also a FORM of CERTIFICATE, Both have different numbers in the top left hand corner but the entry numbers are the same, this really is a minefield

I have now found my late grandfathers certified copy of birth but underneath it is ( Issued for the purpose of the factory Act 1901) dated in 1916! Im surprised the paper has not disintegrated lol

Worth pointing out that your name is your 'given' name. (forenames only)
If you cannot get your live birth record ,i believe you can declare yourself
as a living wo/man via an affidavit signed by 2 maybe 3 people

Mine is but it was closed lol, it seems they are more of an outpatient hospital now, so I rang the trust its under and bless the lady that tried to help but didnt have a clue what I was talking about

I think the lack of Glossed upper case has something to do with Us all becoming Secured Creditors of the Crown Corporation (Via the amazing work by em oven at ULCT check out the vids on utube). When they(the Crown) lost their Triple A rating last Feb and thus went bankrupt and at that moment We all became free...hence why the Corona Virus was created, as from their point of view We are are the Corona/crown virus that threatens to take take down their crown corps system....hence why the masks/gathering in public/keeping 2metres apart etc etc all to stop the spread of our exit from servitude.
