Ticketmaster change tickets at last minute?

Hi all where do I stand on this one? Purchased tickets in Sept 21 (postal delivery) for an event next week. I received an email in April saying they were readying my tickets for post now today I have received another email stating they have changed my tickets to Mobile Tickets(app type) Me or my partner do not have these type of devices and never will (that is why we ordered Postal Tickets). I have relentlessly tried to contact them to no avail, any ideas?

At this late stage if you cannot contact them by phone,try email.
They contracted with you for postal tickets,& unless the contract
states they can change to on line they will be in breach of contract
for which you will be bringing a claim not only for total rembersement
but also for all expences incured.

found a resolution email address so will try this with the below
Dear Sir/Madam,

I have tried all available ways of contacting you but keep getting no response or an email saying it will be looked into within 10 days, which is of no use to me. The Event you are legally contracted to provide Postal tickets for is in X days time ( May 2022) and I was expecting postal delivery which I paid for in good faith on 29th September 2021
You have changed my tickets delivery without my consent and in effect have broken your contract to provide the service I have paid for i.e. Postal delivery, which has been changed at the last minute to Mobile delivery; I do not have a mobile device capable of doing this function. I paid in good faith for and require paper tickets it is as simple as that. I have also read through your legal guide dated 29th November 2018 which does not include any provision for you to change my order. I also should let you know that I am currently away from my home but have paid for return passage, hotels and hire car especially for this event on the Xth of May, if I am not able to attend because of your actions I will seek a claim for total reimbursements for all my financial outlays thus incurred.
