Re: No Law!
Halsbury's Law states that not only are administrative courts illegal, there is no law that parliament can enact that would make them legal.

Re: No Law!
More of the same:
Administrative Courts
Ask if the court is getting its authority from the Magistrates Court Act 1980 and if the equity used in the court is British Pound Sterling. If yes to both
Due to the UK joining the EEC on 1st January 1973, sovereignty was surrendered, the monarch deposed and given a new title. Therefore any Act of Parliament, statute or law implemented post 1st January 1973 is treason.
If using Pound Sterling as equity - the Pound Sterling was backed by the USD which was backed by gold until Richard Nixon took the USD off the gold standard. Now the USD is printed by the Federal Reserve which is a non-government, independent US Corporation with shareholders meaning that anybody paid in GBP cannot uphold their judicial oath because they are being paid and economically motivated by a foreign, independent Corporation.
If they are acting under authority from the Magistrates Court Act of 1980, they are committing treason because the Superior statute of the 1688 Coronation Oath, the 1689 Bill of Rights 1700, Act of Settlement 1701 and Treason Act of 1795 says no fine or forfeiture without conviction with a jury of your peers.
The only purpose of Administrative Courts is to try to get you to take responsibility for your legal fiction and make you Trustee of the Trust you are Beneficiary of, trying to get your consent to accept corporate governance.

I don't think the Administrative Court would have played any part in the seizure.

Re: No Law!
Do you know which of the items you cite actually contains those words? I seem to recall something similar being quoted maybe in a different context, but in that case the actual source went on to say "or by due process" or something.Solosmurf wrote:If they are acting under authority from the Magistrates Court Act of 1980, they are committing treason because the Superior statute of the 1688 Coronation Oath, the 1689 Bill of Rights 1700, Act of Settlement 1701 and Treason Act of 1795 says

Re: No Law!
Cheers. I was searching for the actual phrase quoted, which doesn't appear, i should ha e had a search for reference to "jury".daveiron wrote:Bill of Rights 1688
I would still point out that it does not say that conviction must be by jury. That kind of makes sense because the main thrust was to reverse the excess powers that James II took upon himself, so it was really a bit of a latter day Magna Carta, reigning in the monarch and restating the sovereignty of parliament.
However it's good to drill down to the source of these oft quoted phrases.
