Hi Guys,

So pleased to have found this site. Thank you for all your help. I am starting the three letters process with Wescot and Moorcroft but I'm not sure what address to send the letters to. I remember seeing a comment on another thread saying not to post to a P.O. Box.

Should I send them to the registered office address?

I'm so excited yet bricking it about challenging the system. I'm finding it easier to do it because it's all in my maiden name and therefore doesn't actually feel like "me" at all. Even though it's not anyway, because I'm a soul flower

I saw that we should sign in red ink, is this right?

I don't want to overcomplicate things and trademark my name - the lingo and process is daunting enough at the moment. All my debts are below £10,000 so I presume this is ok?

I'm sorry if this shouldn't have been posted or put somewhere else, I've never actually posted on a forum before...

Anyway, thanks again, it felt really lonely going down the rabbit hole and I've been looking forward to meeting likeminded people.

You may get more responses to your specific questions if you make a thread in the 'debt forum'.

po boxes operate like bulk clearing so, yes you will want to send any correspondence to a registered address, that way it can be recorded/signed for.
