Whilst I understand there is no law which states a man / woman must pay tax. What you are asking relates
to commerce & there the law is different. Your best option is to get a good accountant & also use your brain,
this will result in you paying a lot less tax.
Alternatively if you if you know the right people ,you could use the Google / Amazon / Starbucks method and
earn billions and pay virtualy feck all.

it may be called an 'unincorporated business organisation' aka 'pure trust' and 'common-law trust' that negates need to pay business and personal taxes.daveiron wrote:Whilst I understand there is no law which states a man / woman must pay tax. What you are asking relates

If you have started a company then if it is registered you have consented to their system, look up the word regis.

So if we de register, and just trade as a sole trader, then we have no contract and no tax payable on our earnings?

Re: how do I avoid paying tax????
Its not something i have looked into in any depth, but i understand
you need to start trading with others in 'the private' .
The way things are going with this reset ,its something we all should
be researching or else we will all be on just universal basic income.
Probably a good topic for a dedicated thread.

Re: how do I avoid paying tax????
agree with DI.
I used to run my own Ltd Co, after several years trade & all taxes paid, its all about contracts, if registered then you agree to abide by thier rules. You can have a dormant Ltd CO & I would advise make it dormant from the start without a bank account unless you plan to trade? Ltd Co make dormant, no bank acc', SIC 99999 (dormant) & away you go, 1ce a year confirmation statement, NO tax return & think that's it. There may be more so as usual due diligance.
Does that help?

Yes it helps, but as DI says, being in the corporate is a dangerous place at the moment and getting more and more so. If we are signed up to their rules, even if not paying tax then we are subject to all new changes. There is the risk of the private assets, if you keep it private but you don't have to jump through the regulatory hoops they keep putting on every route we take, which ultimately costs money and time and in my profession, limits your ability to work, which is what they want.
I like the sound of the trust suggestion above that keeps it in common law. Will look into that. I am thinking that settling this years accounts, deregistering with HMRC, sending an affidavit to challenge their fraud and never signing up again may be the way to go?

Re: how do I avoid paying tax????
Thanks, I saw someone post elsewhere today that to negate self employed taxes you state you are freelance. I assume this goes along with not registering or deregistering.
