Freedom of information group

I have raised this before & received little interest ,so I will give it a final shot.

I would like to see a group of us submit FOI requests on the same subject to various bodies
and collate findings . Remember these can be submited by email so there is no cost involved at all.

I expect answers may well differ from one location to another,and therefor could be beneficial when
dealing with 'authorities ' .
As an example the vid below . We would ask the councils how many discretionary awards they have
made in regards to council tax.I suspect the answer to be zero but as the video shows they have the
discretion .

Hi Daveiron, I’d be happy to get involved with that, just keep me in mind and also up to date with what sort of FOI we are going to asking for, I dont care what we ask these scumbags tbh lol
I did subscribe to the guy in the videos channel but found him to loose quite a few times so thought that maybe he hadn’t done much research? Let me know if im wrong about that though please

Thanks for the support mate.
I met Chrissey once at an eviction attempt,seemed a decent guy & got the eviction stopped that time.
He's a bit brash but I think his heart is in the right place.

O mate he’s heart and passion are 100% from the heart, I just got the feeling he was a bit under educated but what do I know! I’m still learning and tbh I dont feel i’ll ever be up with you guys as i’m a bit old in the tooth now and working 12 hour shifts dont help lol
Still want to contribute as much as I can on here though so lets have it with these scumbags that want to take everything we have worked for

Hi all,

just thought i'd way in with my penn'oth.

DI excellent find on the vid, if chrissey really is a councellor then great the more the the better.

People all over really need to get involved & start to take things down. Really start to make the part of the system that are suppose to work for us - really work for us. I know my knowledge is limited to utilities but I do what i can to help.

Dont worry about being long in the tooth, I touched 70 this month. i found a long time ago that
losing the fear clears the mind & you then think and act a lot clearer then.

Belated Many happy returns daveiron, I’ve lost the fear its just the confidence and knowledge I need to find lol, it’s so hard to trawl through hours and hours of learning when trying to earn a living and get a house decorated, I know im not the only one in this position its the way of life for most of us

I lost the fear along time ago too, but I am guilty of being a little angry sometimes with the DP / DCA letters.

O dont get me wrong I flip quite easy and wont tolerate no sh*t, specially when they send BIG thugs to try intimidate. I do try and be firm without taking a bat to them!

Intimidation? intimidate them and they don't like it and don't know what to do, I have three large rotties and they intimidate any thieving scum trying to get into my grounds let alone my house.

One, we think is part crocodile, he bites tyres off cars with one bite and more than one thieving scum has moved off with a shredded tyre.

Totally agree daveiron, FOI can give us info...to think through.
How to keep organised? Maybe topics called "FOI whatever the cause?
