Amazing Story

I have just had a telephone call and I have been told an amazing story which I have to share, a friend who also knows I have little sleep and arise early rang me and told me what happened and has consented to me sharing it, minus personal details and some other details as this is now subject to a large claim as he has audio and visual footage of it all.

Several months ago he was unlawfully stopped by the po-lice, they followed him for some distance along main, and well lit roads and when he turned off onto an unlit side road they stopped him and a cun*stable approached his vehicle and he asked why he had been stopped and was told "because we want to and we can" and they asked him to switch off his engine and get out of the vehicle, to which he declined. They threatened to smash his vehicle and get him out and put both side windows and windscreen in and manhandled him out and viciously assaulted him using CS spray and metal batons on him despite the fact he didn't touch them.

They left his vehicle and called a recovery agent to recover the vehicle (which is a company vehicle) and he was arrested and the vehicle was recovered, he was further assaulted by other cun*stables who arrived and at one point they had their legs aross his windpipe to choke him and they beat him repeatedly while he was on the ground, handcuffed. He was taken into custody and breathalised and blew 0 because he doesn't drink and the nurse practitioner was called and he was taken to hospital and had a full head to toe bodyscan due to his numerous injuries.

However, he was charged with po-lice assault and resisting arrest and these charges related to the assault of five cun*stables and he followed my advice and called the duty solicitor and told her to photograph their statements used to charge him, she did, and as her mobile phone has a document copying facility she has their statements in their full glory, and they were hand written on witness statement sheets and not typed and when his solicitor put in her SAR the corrupt b*stards sent typed statements which were totally different to their hand written statements. They also failed to disclose the bodycam footage claiming they had lost them due to a computer issue, and he opted for a jury trial which was by design.

He went to court yesterday and they went through the motions until his advocate asked why they made two statements which were totally different, something they denied until their typed statements were produced, then the photographs of the undisclosed statements and this showed these two statements to be fraudulent.

However, he works as an audio visual engineer and his vehicle contains 16 cameras which cover the inside and outside of the vehicle and it turned up some interesting footage of the entire incident, it showed what they said when he was stopped, the vicious and violent attempts of two cun*stables breaking both his side windows and the windscreen, and the fact that only teo cun*stables were there and did this; it also showed that all five statements were fraudulent as three of them weren't even there at this time. It showed the exact time the others got there and them attacking him on the floor, and in handcuffs and their attempts to kill him by choking him.

Who does he work for? a company specialising in covert surveillance systems for various clients, and this was also live streamed directly to his company and recorded on two 12Tb disc drives in the vehicle and on two more memory cards also in the vehicle, claims specialists? they are fighting to take this claim on.
