if required).

Many thanks for those who made contributions.
The next one needs to be a Notice of Liability.I will make start and put up a rough
draft as before in the next few days . It would be nice to see more contributors
given the importance of the subject.

Can you point us in the direction of the final draft of the thing? I checked the other thread but there seems to be a lot of people contributing and editing the thing (which is good ofc!).

Obviously, I will modify as required in the event we end up having to use this.  Hopefully not!

Here as promised is a very rough draft for a notice of liability .i am far from happy with it at the moment so suggestions / edits etc will be welcome.


NOTICE-OF-LIABILITY


This is a lawful Notice ,it means what it says.

I the living man with the given name of john and the family name of doe.Do hereby swear and affirm that I stand only under Gods Law and The Common Law of England.
Be it known that I rebut any belief you may have that I am a Person,Citizen or any legal fiction.
Any Act or Statute that you believe applies to me is rebutted . Acts and Statutes only apply to legal fictions who give their individual consent to be governed, I have given no such consent.

You xxxxx xxxxxx Have stated that I must be vaccinated .Take notice that any attempt to commit
such a tort whether by force or coercion to vaccinate me will be resisted with whatever force may be necessary.
Should you or any agent or representative acting upon your behalf or instruction,insert any substance into my body you xxxxx xxxxxx will be held to be personally liable and will be traced and made to answer for your crime. This is not a threat ,it is a statement of fact.

Take notice that the defence of 'only obeying orders' was rejected at the Nuremberg Trials.

No vaccine is 100% safe and no documentation exists which states it is .As evidenced by the fact that no insurance company will indemnify against vaccine damage and the government operates the
vaccine damage payment scheme ,which confirms serious physical injury is a possibility.

I am exercising my God given right and my Common Law right to refuse vaccination.

Hughy, this is a work in progress and Daveiron has opened up the idea and led it, many of us have added to it for Dave's attention and he has posted a final draft copy which we will all comment upon to deduct or add to if required.
