Hello All
Just joined having spent the last few days reading Veronica:Chapman, Freedom is more than just a seven- letter word.
My question is can i treated an overdraft from the bank the same as a loan agreement. (three letters)
I have an overdraft, a loan agreement 50% paid and a credit card all with the same bank.
I have changed banks and when i get the letters from my old bank, i will deal with each one in turn correct ? (9 letters)
Being self employed and now being force not to work due to coronavirus scam, will give me time to deal with banking scam.

Hi and welcome.

Yes you can use the three letter process for banks and they will, overall, cover either loans, overdrafts or credit cards.

How much are the individual amounts owed? PLEASE ENSURE you round up to the nearest £100 - do not quote the exact amount.

And as you say, treat each account differently and therefore send one letter per account type.

Send them all in the same envelope (why not, save postage).

And keep organised. Always keep your own copy inc. a certificate of postage at least (ideally proof of signature too, but I think Royal Mail are not currently taking signatures upon delivery).

Regardless; when they reply, you’ll know they got YOUR letters! Wink

Thanks for your reply, been busy reading Mary Elizabeth Croft
How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Know To Man.
My overdraft is £3,400, Loan was for £12,000 amount now outstanding £5,400
and Credit Card is £3,100. Just been sent first letters from collections centre
regarding overdraft and credit card arrears. Will read GOODF ebook and post
my first letters this Friday. Many thanks for you support pjq

Hi all, will the 3 letter process be ok to send to blackhorse finance for a motor vehicle?
If so will the vehicle be safe?

To my knowledge, the letters are not designed for Finance companies but feel free to look around the forum as there may well be a post of two dedicated to such an area.

If so am i better sending it to uk head office or head office luxemburg?

I don’t see why not as PayPal is a bank.
