this is worth a look, it covers most of what is in those pay by endorse vids on YT, but with a slight different view point. Over all I would not add prom notes to BOE with utilities as there is already consideration attached, why discharge 2ice? & possibly make an unnecassary debt for yourself if those prom note terms are not strong enough? If that route is chosen then make sure all paperwork is correctly stamped.

There's an old video on Mark Ceylon's YT channel entitled "Ceylon on Debts, Courts and Corruption" where he mentions about the importance of becoming the postmaster. Are there any documents on here that demonstrate this and if so, do you know where I can locate them?

if people want to use home made prom notes this apparently looks like a result from actual use. Becareful though, the T&Cs need to be strong enough.

If people want to give this a try its up to you. But remember people have been in court before on various charges over prom notes, some may have even been jailed. Remember you will be taking part in commerce which has serious consequences - legal ramifications - this is serious stuff, no joking. There are always consequences - legal ramifications - for & not taking part in commerce.

Its really important to get the T&C's strong enough. You may want to look at BOE Act 1882 sect42/43 & others too?

its also important to get the document correct - in what should be the next video in the series from the presenter the proper way of doing it may be included.

out of using prom notes there may be something good if done correctly & honored to come out of it, the main question is what is it?

Here is a clue, when the 'books' are balanced on the private side, the private side is being added to by the prom note so there is an imbalance! Quite simple.

But why is there an imbalance on the private as oppose to the public side?
