Its a well known tacktick that gas & leccy Co's hire the court to issue thier own warrents of entry, the same way councils do to issue notice of liability order, & they have NO authority to do so.

This is IMO but what if water Co's are now doing the same under the guise 'this is a court & there is a debt to be paid.' In reality there is no debt if endorsed correctly & as its all theatre THEY are simply getting you to agree to pay? When attending such a venue for water then are you taken into a side room for........? & there are NO court proceedings to deal with?

Remember every situation is different so 1 may actually find 1s self in a court!

I know what you mean LS, ive been there with the CT many years ago when I was in bad financial times, I simply couldnt afford to pay it, so I went to court and in the foyer was a snobby t**t from the council with a clip board, I said to her that I’ll explain it to the judge to which she replied ‘you wont be seeing a judge’ I lost my rag n got escorted out by security! I should have known then something wernt right!
This seems a bit different now tho so I’ll just have to wait for the call from mediation services I supose

Cheers DI, I have watched that one and he does have some invaluable info, it all looks and sounds so easy, but once in front of a judge they dont like being questioned and always end up throwing contempt of court into the mix( which im sure I have read that only judges, clerks and officers of the courts can be held in contempt???

Skunkpussy, the date of the court case is not until 1/4/22 but I am still asking questions directly at the court manager, I have asked twice for an sar and also asked if the hearing will be an administrative hearing ( which we all know will be) but they are so ignorant they have not replied, I have sent them a first default notice and giving them extra time to reply(im kind like that
