Hi guys,

Paypal are refusing to answer letter content - I'm at the stage where I have sent bill cover letter and invoice.

I have some replies from my initial contact using the goodf process. but since the estoppel estoppel and conditional acceptance and bill/ invoice I have had no response.

I have a record of all correspondence from my creditors using this process and all letters I have sent.

They rang me multiple times initially before the estoppel. They do not call me but continue to send emails to me asking me to call them. Today I received an email advising that a block has been placed on my account and unless I pay in full or call them that I cannot use the account.

They have also added negative entries to my credit file from April this year.

Do I just hold out now and keep billing them for their contact?

Please, any advice would be helpful at this stage Smile

Do NOT engage via calls, SMS or email - period. Always in writing.

Hi Guys,

after assigning default status - Paypal have now assigned the debt to 'wescot' who are a debt collection agency. wescot are harassing me at this point with calls which i simply block and messages and letters.

do i start the letter process all over again with wescot?

try sending this and also inform them they do not have your consent to
contact you other than via Royal Mail

First and foremost, is this claim legally enforceable? You must clearly answer "yes" or "no"?
1) If "yes" you are obligated by law to provide those financial instruments that are lawfully required for you to evidence your claim to an alleged debt.
2) If "no" you have no further lawful right whatsoever in pursuing this claim and I respectfully ask you to end your harassment (your letters are harassment when a claim is not legally enforceable

My experience with Wescot is they will try to claim this is a complaint,if they
do let us know.
