and the one you posted today..

Personally with this and future letters from their minions i would just respond
that you have dealt with the matter privately with the CEO ,and therefor
they should stop intermeddling in private matters.

IMHO they are full of sh it (Lowell's that is). Lord Denning stated that a "debtor" has the right to see the instrument on which the charge is based so that the claimant can give him good release. In essence, no deed of assignment (per property act 1925) and YES there does have to be one, coupled with a CCA S.78 compliant notice after a demand for full repayment, then they haven't followed the correct procedure.

I would keep writing to them asking questions (sensible ones) and try to stretch it out until SB. Alternatively as you have a letter stating 0 balance you could ignore them. I can't see any judge awarding in their favour on a zero balance.

Yes it is my real name. I now use it as I'm free from a these parasites, having written off around £25k.

BEFORE anyone jumps on that, I had income protection on the card with the largest balance, and when I lost my job due to a decline in the mobile industry, I put in my claim, along with all the proofs (P45, copy of letter of termination of contract, DSS claim sheets and copy of jobseekers allowance receipt eligibility letter) and the company just outright refused to pay out citing that any payout was a "one time thing", funny as they kept taking my insurance payments.

So, if I made more than one claim only the first would be allowed. I read the T&C and could find no mention of this so I decided to fight them.

Using a combination of info from the old site, and input from a solicitor friend (is that possible, or maybe it should be a friend who is"acts" as a solicitor")? I ended up in the high court and they LOST (I called their bluff and they settled before the main hearing).

I'm fighting one last bunch of scum (Co-op "bank") but as they have breached about every MCOB rule, and FCA ruling, and FOS determination, AND they just lost a Judicial Review, I'm confident I can kick them into the long grass also.

I have seen TLT and Aberdeen Considine openly lie in court. TLT using FORGED documents and lying about not being served papers. They even sent me someone else's bundle (DPA breach).

I'm not worried about anonymity, I WANT them to know who it is who keeps pissing in their coffee. I WANT them to fear the thorn in their side. I'm not afraid of ANY of them, and who ever they send, better have fully paid up health insurance because they are going to need it.
