Future of 'where no contract is said to exist' (this may be depending on situation the idea of 'mind your own business', perhaps directly 'we no longer have a 'contract'?), for many will depend on a number of factors. In this day & age several things are coming to the fore over such enterprises. But namely where I think things are going is for these c*unts to go for disconnection irrespective of the situation's merit or situation at hand. Please read its quite disgusting reading.

All these want is all on the DD drip, never finished always 'paying':

I did post in another thread I thought this is where they could go. All that 'quietening down' that no more pre pay for now was just IMO a rouse, the calm before the storm. Granted this is only a very small few I have come across but never the less over the coming months we'll see.

For those who are seriously now thinking of venturing down the endorsement route I would advise - wait - until such time may be mid summer before going forward just in case things either get (doubt it) better or really take such an 'in your face nose' dive.

Some like me have used endorsement, others A4V, prom note (me too), some have 'own name limited company' all are getting ignored, the over whelming evidence ATM is direct & in your face corruption where its all 1 sided.

With 'own name limited company', some are reporting (but its not proof of anything positive) that if trade marks have been taken out by 'own name limited company' & these util Co's use it they seem to back off when billed for breach of trade mark. I have not gone down that route so can't comment.

Some are reporting they have been totally ignored & have it all free, others report a variation on this theme, some have the odd letter/bill, some have ? turn up with a warrant, told p*iss off & all goes quiet again.

All I'm saying is think long & hard before venturing out.
