This is a fascinating look at discharging and settling all debts on the private and public sides. This has been researched by Ken Dobson who has a facebook page. Judging from what he say's I find there are very close links with this information in connection with all that is ours through the human rights material being researched by various people worldwide on the net. In fact, because of it's links to commerce, contract and trust laws including human rights themselves, it is quite easy to comprehend how they are inextricably linked together for our benefit. I haven't found any research that backs up his claim, so I haven't done it.

although mostly US based there will be (I hope) some useful info to help people on here. Am just starting to look into myself, but having a poor time on finding exactly what I want, & that is mostly the main question here: How to "Discharge and settle all bills". It would be interesting to find someone who has actually done this & can share their experience(s).

On the old site I did do some research into trusts but did not come across anything too helpful. My knowledge is next to zero, but recently am starting to look at things differently mostly having come accross what has been written here.

Anyway hope this is of some use.

Hi everyone. First an apology. I'd been researching the method I advised people to take, but after having tried this myself, well, I found that it doesn't work. I trusted Ken and indeed he speaks as someone who pays all such bills by this method. Now, recently, I found some case law regarding CT and people who have difficulty in paying it from their benefits. The law says, anyone who uses benefits for settling bills shouldn't be, as benefits are property and such people cannot be forced to settle bills from benefits. Apparently this is connected with Human Rights, protected by the European courts, but I haven't had time to check it on the declaration and covenants just yet.
