This article is called back to basics because it is just that, an understanding of how things happen from the ground up.

What are Governments? basically a collection of individuals (psychophants) who believe they have the right to tell you what you can or cannot do and create laws with financial penalties attached so they can charge you money for a transgression. Why do you think you are charged with an offence? because they intend making you pay. Intentions in plain sight.

UK Government is a private company and you can look it up on Companies House as they were formed in 1995 and called Government UK Limited with a company number 05522373, they filed for dissolution of the company in November 2020 and this can be seen in the London Gazette as all companies have to file an application to be struck off here, so two sources of proof for those bothered to look it up.

Their fraud begins with elections and the first deceipt is voting for a Prime Minister, but you don't vote for a Prime Minister as you vote for a political party and the political party nominates and elects the Prime Minister, not you. You are voting for a company called Government UK Limited and they basically elect the chairman/woman in much the same manner as any other company and if they elect them it also means they can get rid of them and put in anyone they want. The ones with the most seats get to rule Government UK Limited as they have the most seats or should that be seats on the board.

Prime Minister is also a misleading title as their official title is First Minister of the Treasury so what does this mean? basically it means their main role is to keep the Monarchs coffers filled with sufficient funds for them to spend.

UK Govenrment is not a political party as it encompases both major political parties and the minor parties with MP's so they are all in this fraud together which is perpetuated against the people, hence the saying "slaves to the system" as everyone is the Monarchs slave and this fraud is perpetuated by self serving psychophants who become elected and employees of the private company called Government UK Limited.

Is the UK a Common Law jurisdiction? actually yes, but for the psychophants to keep the treasury coffers filled with enough cash they have to introduce taxation and punitive charges and the incentives are to also pay their wages and huge expenses. Immediately we see a system loaded against the citizens of the UK by creating a legal system which allows them to do this and create a self perpetuating system of finance to keep their coffers full and with incentives. Would you to to work for free?

They use this legal system to create persons which is a legal term and control people with a system of fake courts such as magistrates courts and crown courts, interestingly these consist of another private company called HMCTS which consists of the Tribunal Service, Crown Courts and Magistrates courts and HMCTS is a private company based on a farm in Stoke, and yes I have been there.
Only the Monarch and Government can sanction a court but we have a private company called Government UK LImited sanctioning courts along with another private company called HMCTS deciding where and when they will operate these courts, basically they are unsanctioned star chambers which have nothing but the appearance of legitimacy and are totally unlawful in a common law jurisdiction and only the High Court is a legitimate court with powers, hence why you have to consent when you are in a magistrates star chamber as without your consent they are powerless. You have entered a contract on their terms

Everything operates under Contract Law in the UK and when you consent you are entering a contract which is lawfully binding upon both parties.

So, for taxation revenue you have to be indoctrinated to automatically contract with them by registering with them, the important part of the words register, registration, or registering is the part REGIS as this is Latin for to give Deed of Title which means you give away lawful ownership. What do you register?

Set up a company and you register it.
Give birth and the Mother registers the birth (berth)
Buy a car and you register it.

In these three examples the word regis means you give it away, hence the registered company becomes a registered company or a dead entity, hence the word corporation or corpse, give birth and you give away your baby to the Crown, another registered company, and register a car and you give it away to the DVLA and in all cases you have entered a contract and agreed to their contractual terms under the legal system they have set up.
In the case of a company the directors get perks or incentives but they have the responsibility of deducting PAYE tax from employees along with employees national insurance contributions and paying employers national insurance contributions, you also agree to many other terms and conditions and the employer pays them out and offsets them against their annual tax bill.
Register a car and it changes from being your private conveyance to a motor vehicle and the word motor vehicle means a vehicle used in commerce so why do they charge you for using and maintaining roads you have already paid for, does a bike, horse, or pedestrian have to get an MOT or pay tax and insurance? no, but they still use the same roads. By registering your private conveyance you change it to a motor vehicle and enter a contract to pay VED (road tax), insurance, and have an annual MOT and all for property you have purchased and given away to the DVLA who are the lawful owners. Look on your V5 document and it says you are the registered keeper and not the lawful owner, it tells you again.

So, how does the legal system create more revenue? simple, they set up Government departments.

HM Treasury, responsible for filling the monarchs coffers.
HSE, responsible for gathering money from companies who have breached their contract.
DVLA, responsible for the lawful ownership of all registered private conveyances and turning them into motor cars, hence why they can lift them when illegally parked as they are only recovering their property.
HM Registrar, responsible for creating the legal fiction Person from peoples private property of babies and introducing them into the finance of tomorrow.
