Nice find Tom, this highlights a useful point which is that of a summary offence and an indictable offence, and by simply understanding the difference means you have much more protection.

I have subbed his site for quite sometime now ,and would go so far as to recommend that everyone does the same.
I have downloaded and printed off much of his stuff & at £2-3 a pop the guy is not in it for the money.

Maybe a section could be created for " links to sites with useful information"

I must say that because it NEVER happens to me lest I look for it, I need to remind myself of the basics from time to time!

Because I am in uniform most of the time (either as a 'farmer' with all my knives and Friday the Thirteenth paraphernalia as I go to the tesco in my Welsh town, or in my other uniform that some might remember what I do otherwise in the middle of London) I am pretty much invisible to the 'law' types.

And because I can even travel on the tube and busses for free just by being in uniform, NO F#@KER even passes a glimps at me, and that means I cant do 'wrong'.

So, no practice.

I am gonna have to use a wipe board to catch up!

We all know it is the police we need to get to and past. This video does help to a point. Yes video everything. There are many many videos like these on Youtube. The three he has uploaded go into legislation in detail. Why is my question?

In a recent email communication with him about if he has any liability templates for governemt officials on forcing me to pay income tax I get this.

I like crimebodge it has been a wealth of information for me and he usually backs up everything he say's with links (a bit like Tiggy does on here). I would like to find a link though about summary offences having a 6 month time limit. I can remember they did for low level motoring offences like no insurance but I couldn't find where it say's it for a common assault or assault police like he says in this latest video. I do remember reading once about it but could never find it since.

Thanks for that. It's me who is a bit mistaken. I seem to remember that for you to be summoned you had to be warned you were going to be summoned within either 7 or 14 days of the offence happening and the summons issued within 6 months. That's the bit I'm looking for about the being told rule that your being reported for the offence.

Did you know that you have the Right to a copy of any of your Data that has been recorded ?
Including Phone Calls ?
Proof of ID and ten Pounds to GCHQ ,,times 1 million could cause a lot of headaches for the Nosy parkers,

I don't even bother to get into any discussion with the Police. I simply say "Am I free to go?"

I will, if necessary repeat the question 5 times and should no reply be forthcomming then I tell them I'm leaving.

Nice one Dave, in point of fact section 165 of RTA is a highly abused piece of legislation to the point of the College of Policing as the body who state how the po-lice must use and interpret the legislation were abusing it so much that they contacted the Home Secretary of the time, a certainTeresa May.

She was so incensed by the abuse of section 165 that she told the po-lice that if the abuse didn't stop she would pass legislation to prevent them abusing 165.

Looking at this link it shows how he 'awoke' to what the police truly are, sadly he found out how many only find out this way, they see themselves as most would, law abiding, peaceful & that the police are there to stop criminals.

The police have a serious attitude problem & why would you take on a role as a servant but behave as master, clearly they know that uniform allows them to do as they please & bully others & this goes along with what many say to the police "were you bullied at school," when in reality they were probably infact the bullies.

Was speaking to someone who had been burgled recently & she said the police were quick in attending but have done nothing since, i said they won't they are not interested in crime just political agendas & serving private corporations.

She was saying what the police said you could use to defend themselves, i told her you use what you want it's your home & nature dictates your safety comes first.
