Dismissal from jobs due to vax refusal

There's no requirement where i work yet but it will probably be coming. It would be hard to get another job/ a job with no vax requirement so i could potentially end up on the streets as i have no family. Has anyone successfully challenged an order by their employer to be get the magic jabby juice by using liability and medical ethics letters etc?

5 You will before any vaccine is administered to me ,provide details of your indemnity insurance in order that i can ascertain from them confirmation that they will meet all liability claims should it become necessary .

2. Total or severe paralysis                                 the  sum of  £ 2.000.000 per annum
3. Partial  paralysis causing imparement
            to quality of life                                    the sum of  £ 1.000.000 per annum
     4.   Organ failure not resulting in death             the sum of   £ 1.000.000 per annum
