Collection Agent Still persists

The collection agents are still writing.
They ignored my conditions to engage and registered it as a complaint which I rebutted. I then sent the Notice to Cease but they have now replied with a letter saying my complaint is not upheld. I have 40 days to make contact with them.

Please.....do i ignore them going forward or do I need to remind them I am conducting Private and confidential correspondence with the CEO of the OC? (This I feel is contradicting the fact that I said further comms from them would command a complaint to the authorities). Or, do I just report to the FCA, Ofcom and ICO?

Its the usual BS of attempting to turn this into a complaint.
You have not made a complaint.

If they failed to agree your terms to contract ,you should have been returning
to sender their mail unopened.

Send them this or something similar;

You must now Cease and Desist from contacting further with me.
You have been informed that this matter is being dealt with by way of
personal and private correspondence with the CEO of xxxxxx
You are intermeddling in my private matters without my consent.
This is the final correspondence to you .
Any and all further correspondence from you will be returned to sender
unopened.

If we send the letter back unopened to them as it not a reply from the CEO (ok we all know that they will never reply)
But say it went to court and was asked how did we not know it was from the CEO?
I can just see a DCA trying this trick.

The letter should have a return address on the back,(it may be just a postcode &
PO box no) if its the same as previous ones from the DC you will know who its from
and previously informed them of no contract.
If its not the same but still from the DC ,just reseal it and add additionally on the
front 'opened in error'.
Dont get confused between a DP & DC

I would also include the phrase

By continually trying to interfere in my private affairs without my consent you are committing the offence of wilful trespass on my private affairs and any further corresponcdence will be evidence of your trespass in my private affairs and will provide useful evidence of a clear and intentional offence in any future proceedings.
