This looks fantastic. Is it the end for debt agents etc ?

I do however think we should look at what they will try to do to keep themselves in business .Any thoughts folks ?
As they know ,most people seem scared witless at the thought of Court, will they bring a claim only to drop it on the day? I feel sure many will panic into paying.
I would also strongly urge people still do their research,in order that they at least comprehend what is happening.

is this book applicable only to those who have not yet responded to a debt collector`s first letter that claims money is owed and agreed to make regular monthly payments ? Is it the case that those who have done so , have agreed a contract and are therefore , liable for the amount claimed?

Daveiron ,thanks for reply. I'll rewatch vid. I asked as I recall John Witterick or "Veronica" and Ceylon making an issue of this back in 2008-10 on Edge TV with Theo Chalmers and it was emphasised on the old goodf website ?

I previously bought 'Defusing the debt bomb' when it came out,picked up a few tips . It confirmed our NoCA route was good,
I will get around to getting his latest stuff as i have always found his work is good and he is not a grifter ,unlike some .

Hi Daveiron. Re the above link Can i ask you to comment on the evidence Watermen says he has? If it is as big as it seems , can we expect it to have repercussions for banks found to be complicit in supporting any of these fraudulent activities ? Would it mean they have been acting criminally -and that in turn - mean any debts they have created being unenforceable?

A lot of ground was covered in that video. Just my opinion on some of it.

Monetary collapse; Yes it will happen ,Fractal reserve banking ,by its very nature must collapse .I have just looked at the debt clock for the UK & US
UK national debt almost 3 trillion= US debt 34 trillion. Debt owed to whom ? I guess it must be the bankers who created money on a computer screen.

Every MP must be complicit ,if not they are unfit as they did no due diligence . History shows government can create its own interest free currency (see Bradbury Pound in ww1)
Instead the government borrow from bankers with interest for something produced from thin air.

With regard to the use of dormant companies being used comes as no surprise ,Gordon Bowden uncovered a similar scam a few years ago of the use of thousands of 'shell companies' based in tax havens and operated from Finchley rd.

I trust nothing that comes from the mouth of any government agent ,just a little research shows the true nature of what is happening .This will continue until folks stop listening to MSM & get their brain in gear and wake the F up.

Daveiron ,Thanks for that info it is quite mind boggling the state things have reached ,I have most appreciated your posts for some while but not able to act on my debt problems due to having had very difficult medical circumstances.
Re."The Defusing The Debt Bomb 11" I`m someone basically still thoroughly confused as to how my debts really work and the cunning ways of debt collectors . What would you suggest please would be the best course to follow initially ? I imagine that one needs first to do a good bit of ground work for understanding and before being ready to tackle the debts using Robert`s book ? I clearly remember Tiggy advising members , "it`s no walk in the park"! : scratch

Incidentally ,Robet says in his latest interview , the one question to ask ,once and for all, is: "Do you have possession of the Deed of Assignment ?" Yes or No ?"
What, I wonder, do we do if the reply is: "We are not obliged to tell you!"?

Ok ,no problem,
Starting at basics, you apply for a credit card or loan.
The bank get you to sign an 'agreement'
Your signature on that agreement creates the loan (Its a promissory note & its worth the amount of the loan + interest)
The bank have loaned you nothing,all they have done is provide a line of credit on a computer screen.
The bank sell the 'agreement' to investors .They merely collect the re-payments. (note the wording REPAYMENTS . the prefix RE means again)
So you paid them at the start with your signature on the agreement ,now they want you to pay a second time .
The Deed of assignment is only part of it. The only one who at this point could possibilly have any sort of claim would be whoever has the agreement (Holder in due course)
and that will never be the debt collector or the debt purchaser,and its the bank either.
The agreement is called a security ,its a valuable document ,it remains your property (the bank only holds a lien on it until the loan is fully paid ) Years ago these were always returned to you ,as were cheques because they are your property..

Thank you. Much appreciate the time you`ve given. I realise now, just how much I've forgotten. I can see I need to understand again fully the real meaning and importance of certain words that are used (even as simple as "signature") in order to grasp how they work in lending and how banks operate (primarily in their own interest and certainly not ours ) . I`ll study carefully what you`ve referenced to me.
