I wish the lady well, however please folks never forget the Tom Crawford story.
I am fearful they may pull the same stunt . Pick another day when there is no one there to assist and them force their way in.

Was this a mortgage repossession? If so then unless the can find some way of overturning the court order they may be on borrowed time. Although I was aware of one guy still in his reclaimed house several years afterwards, for all I know he may still be living there.

It may be council tax all the way back to 2016? I think I did see it somewhere.

In bankruptcy the IP can't take a family home within the first 12 months, and if the debtor complies with their requirements the bsnkruptcy will be discharged and all included debt written off by then in any case.

It was reported that this was for a £200 council tax debt which was disputed.
