Yes i am aware, David Higgs told me that when i asked him recently... he was the expounder of this, and i happen to agree with it as it makes sense; however his purported remedy to reversion of title as Settlor using the Settled Land Act warranty is at best tentative, he claims he has had a case in the High Court in Canada for a few years now, but no proof of this has ever been furnished.

I have had many debates and discussions with him, the theory sounds good but in practice i don't think he has anything i could be wrong. He also states the Fee simple is a trust for sale scheme, but i found that in the 1996 TOLATA a settlor can in fact stipulate the contrary... so i get the impression he does not always do his own due diligence, before making claims. Though i have to say he does do a lot of good research and presents his video's with the links to support it.

In other threads here on goodf, I gave commented to the affect, 'change your status', is it possible doing things this way is the correct way to go? Any thoughts?

Hmm, change your status, your status does not need changing Only your mind does, lose the trickery.
As for the puppet , well if you have control over it , why would you have to own it ?

Creating an Ltd or Llc etc , it depends whom created it an they have not misconstrued the name on that party, which they will probably do, "will do to gain control"
