The legal description of a parcel of land that is measured in distances, angles, and directions. A surveyor uses directions and distances from physical monuments to define and describe the boundaries of the parcel of land. The monuments used by the surveyor can be either exclusive or a combination of:

Natural monuments existing on the land, such as trees, streams, or a neighbor's adjoining parcel of land.
Artificial monuments placed on the property by the surveyor, such as an identifiable stake in the ground.

A metes and bounds legal description starts from a point of beginning (POB). After the POB, the legal description traces the outline of the property's boundary lines until there is closure in the legal description. To achieve closure in the legal description, the last course and distance call of the legal description should end at the POB.
Metes and bounds legal descriptions are most often used in state land states.

Blacks Law 5th
Allodial /QI6wdiyQII. Free; not holden of any lord or
superior; owned without obligation of vassalage or
fealty; the opposite of feudal.
Allodium /QI6wdiYQm/. Land held absolutely in one's
own right, and not of any lord or superior; land not
subject to feudal duties or burdens. An estate held
by absolute ownership, without recognizing any superior to whom any duty is due on account thereof.
Under English Law all land is held in right of the Monarchy (but maybe he is just looking after it for us till we claim it back, he is so kind !)

For those that don't comprehend the above, an its not your fault its your educators - Govern-the mind !,
So guys what your saying if "You own your title an the thing itself their can be no third party" only if you don't give it away, Not to sure about the words that mean this Allodium an Allodial as they both mean "No Contract"

certainly if something is truely owned? then no debt can be owed to a so called superior.

'Odhal' is another form of 'Allodial'.
Stuart Hill, who owns Forvik Island in Shetland (see video above) uses the word 'Udal',a term used by Blackstone for the same law in Finland.
ODHAL. Complete property, as opposed to feudal
tenure. The transposition of the syllables of
"odhal" makes it "allodh," and hence, according
to Blackstone, arises the word "allod" or "allo-
dial," (q. v.). "Allodh" is thus put in contradis-
