Another system is currently being abused by the po-lice in their attempts to harass people and this is called the PND system, unlike the PNC system this system is thoroughly open to abuse at all ends of the spectrum and can land you in trouble for nothing.

PND is the Po-lice National Database whereas PNC is the Police national Computer and this keeps records such as vehicular records and has access to other systems records, PND is all about intelligence and houses some pretty sophisticated hardware which can be continually upgraded and includes numerous capabilities such as facial recognition software and many other systems on a rolling upgrade, so how is it abused. Any plod can upload information to it and it doesn't even need to be proven or even factual as they can load up suspicions and even sightings and the whole corrupt system relies upon "interpretation" of those accessing it or those who have requested information from it.

If you are self employed as a Project Manager and have four projects on the go and one is in Northampton in a red light area, or you have to pass through a red light area, they can upload this information to the system, any plod can do this and say "suspicious" without any substantiation or evidence whatsoever, they see you passing through and they upload fraudulent information to the system which is merely their opinions of what they think may be happening and nothing more.
If you have a project running in Blackpool and you are in an area of higher than average drug activity, they upload this information to the system, and if you stop and ask for directions to a site which isn't yet on the sat nav system in your vehicle and the individual you ask is also on this system, you are automatically linked to him and his activities.
Your third project is in Newcastle and across from, or near a school and some busybody reports you for parking there, along with everyone else who parks there, this information goes onto their PND system and is recorded.
If your fourth project is in Bristol and you dont have any problems that you know of, you dont actually know for sure as anything you do may be recorded, and all of this goes on without your knowledge or consent; what makes things worse is the fact that many other systems cuch as CCTV can be connected to this system.

Look at the permeatations here as they can be connected in many different ways, you could be soliciting for prostitutes and also a paedo as you are seen regularly in a red light area and park up near a school and you could even be selling drugs or trying to use them for sexual purposes, and you know nothing about any of this.

You may be driving home from a restaurant one night with your wife and you are pulled over and you ask for the reason for the stop, they will never give you the information you ask for as they merely interpret this information in any way they like and use this as a legitimate reason to stop you, all they have are incorrect assumptions based upon opinions and no actual facts, but all they will say is that they have suspicions OR information relating to this vehicle and they wish to speak to you about it, and most people speak to them.

It gets worse, not only do the po-lice have access to this system as most government departments have access, all councils have access, and many large corporations have access, and this isn't only in the UK as the whole of the EU police and security services have access to it under the shared access agreements.

An actual case that ties into what assassin is telling us.

Some years ago my wife and I watched doco about a lady in the US who was arrested 3 months after she was seen talking to a bloke in a cafa 3 months beforehand.

Her court appointed lawyer, without ever talking to her and without ever laying eyes on her, agreed to a 'deal' in which she would do 3-5 years goal.

After 2 years she jumped out of goal and went to her kids because one of them was playing up at school, failing grades and falling in with the wrong kids because the child was missing its mother.

For that she got sentenced to 5-8 years in goal.

All told, this lady did 5 years in goal for no other reason than being seen talking to some bloke in a cafa who was arrested months later on drug charges.

What does this tell you about that very deceitful but quaint little statement that "if you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear” .... (from the new privacy shredding laws the govt of the day is 'considering or trialing.')

Surely you can now see the deceit in this little saying and you can see the purpose of it which is to forestall opposition to tyrannical laws

Have you noticed that when someone says this to us, it leaves us with nowhere to go apart from agreeing with it?

This quaint little saying achieves two goals for the powers that be. One, it forestalls opposition to tyrannical laws, secondly it deceives people into falsely believing, they are and always will be, the first person who is going to decide whether or not they have done anything wrong.

See how clever and smart these people are? After all; they have access to the best marketing and mind control brains in the world.

And the nice link you posted pitano1 uses the words "reasonable grounds" and this system gives them reasonable grounds without having to disclose them to you, another scam.
